Demolition of un-reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry/ PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing rubbish upto complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks of size 300x200x200mm or 300x200x100mm, having compressive strength of not less than 100 Kg/Sq Cm (As per IS-2185) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors laid in alternate bays and finishing the surfaces even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Forming Construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb or mud stop, benching etc rounded or chamfered on edges incuding necessary form works etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls, etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use & waste Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizonal or sloping) for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3, Type A-1 (Nominal Mix) (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, shelves etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid seperately)

S & F high strength TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Disamntling post or struts (Steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground including cleaning and cutting of grass, shrubs, bushes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disamntling RCC post or struts (Steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed ground including cleaning and cutting of grass, shrubs, bushes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rolled Mild Steel hand rail, half round or other stock section or core for woden handle-rail straight portion drilled and countersunk for balusters rumming bars for doors, wind ties for roof including bolts conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Unit quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of fixing/re-fixing of flat iron, round bar etc. Flat iron fillets and round bars etc shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only)

Supply only Mild Steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Cost of fixing shall be included with the unit quoted rate of fixing of chain link fencing above)

Supply only mild steel round bar 10mm dia and over cut into length, bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping as in tie bar for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Cost of Labour is deemed to be included with the fixing of chain link fencing)

S & F Mild steel screw bolts of 11 to 15 mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Old serviceable barbed wire as obtained from site shall be re-used)

M & L for Providing reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3, Type A-1 (Nominal Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts, etc for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq.cm and n exc 250 sq.cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid seperately)

S & F high strength Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in strirrups, spacers and binders spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of black bitumenous paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint complete all as specified and directed.
