Annual Maintenance of Fire Hydrant including all pumps, panels, cables, piping , Hydrants etc. , intelligent type analogue addressable Fire Alarm system and Sprinkler system including all pumps, panels, cables, piping, sprinklers etc. at Aurangabad Airport for all preventive maintenance and checks as per manufacturers manual including attending to complaints/ Faults/ break down and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working conditions of the system, maintenance of all records, documentation etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days including sundays and holidays as per requirements of AAI.

Annual maintenance of Kirloskar make DG pump set (with specification mentioned under (A)) i/c engine control panel and other accessories of DG pump set. Job includes monthly visits for carrying out preventive maintenance, attending any number of breakdown calls when required, carrying out "B" and "C" check, minor repairs etc. as per manufacturer's recommendations / standard practice and as per the scope of work, complete as required. A) Engine type - 6R1080, Rating - 79 hp, RPM - 1500, governing class - M2. i. For First year. a) AMC Charges including B & C checks (once in a year) for 12 visits in year.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of conventional fire alarm panel , 16 X 2 dotmatrix LCD display, suitable for eight zones, complete with visual indications for short circuit fault, open circuit fault, fire condition and all other standard facilities as per IS:2189, complying relevant national fire alarm code for local fire alarm system with mimic diagram for all area/zone covered, complete with all connections. The panel shall have input of 240 volts AC power supply, inbuilt automatic battery charger, 24 volts, 2 X 12 volts, 12 Ah sealed lead acid maintenance free batteries sufficient for 24 hours normal power backup & working, interconnections. The panel shall be UL listed & FM approved and shall be hookup with PA system and along with auto dialer facility etc. as required.

Supplying & laying of 2x1.5 sqmm fire survival armoured cable, 600/1000V rated with annealed copper conductor having glass mica fire barrier tape covered by an extruded layer of Cross Linkable Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) insulation and LSZH inner bedding, steel wire armouring & LSZH outer sheath complete as required.

Supply of 63mm dia., 15mtr. long RRL hose pipe (ISI Marked) with necessary male and female Stainless Steel (Grade 304) couplings duly binded with GI wire, rivets etc. conforming to IS- 636 (Type-A) complete as required.

Supplying & fixing 63 mm dia Stainless Steel (Grade 304) short branch pipe with 20 mm nominal internal diameter size nozzle conforming to IS 903 suitable for instantaneous connection to interconnect hose pipe coupling etc. as required.

Supply of nozzle,20mm inner diamter,made of SS,screw threads at the inlet connection to match with the threading of 63mm dia branch pipe with inlet end of hexagonal head to facilitate screwing conforming to IS 903 etc. as required.
