SH-I: OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF E&M INSTALLATIONS

Annual operation & preventive maintenance of E & M installations of 22 KV substation which includes 22 KV outdoor triple pole structure, 22 KV HT VCB panels, transformers, essential and non-essential panels and other electrical panels, 3x250 KVA DG sets, bus ducts and power supply cables etc to maintain the electrical equipment's in serviceable condition by deputing the manpower and carrying out breakdown/routine maintenance activities as required as per the detailed scope of work and special terms & conditions of tender.

Annual Operation and Maintenance of Electrical Installations of Operational Area i.e. Ground Light System, Perimeter Lights, NAV-AID Buildings, CCR's, GLF remote Control Panel at ATC tower, 2x25 KVA DG sets and other electrical installations to maintain uninterrupted power supply and serviceability of all above electrical installations by deputing man power on all days as per operational requirement including Saturday, Sunday and holidays in shifts as well as general including attending complaints/faults/breakdowns, preventive maintenance, up keeping maintenance of Records/documentation etc., as per tender special terms & conditions.

SH-II - MAINTENANCE OF DG SETS (ONLY THROUGH O.E.M./AUTHORISED SERVICE AGENT OF OEM)

Servicing and maintenance from OEM(Original Equipment manufacturer)/ authorized service agency for following DG sets including engine control panel, Alternator with AMF Panel/Electrical Panel and other accessories of the DG sets. Job includes monthly inspection and preventive maintenance visit of DG sets, Attending breakdown call as and when required, carring out B-check and C-check (Spare will be provided separately), minor repair as required and as per manufacture standard and practice and as scope of work etc complete as required.(1Job=Bimonthly schedule visit per DG set)

Replacement of existing 12V, 88AH GENSET Battery with new one. Make Amaron Model BL900 90AH or Equivalent. Work also includes replacement of battery connecting cable terminal with suitable size terminal if required. etc complete as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Old batter belongs to agency.

Repair of various type of ceiling fans/wall bracket fans of including transportation from site to workshop & back by followings:

Dismantling, shifting and reinstallation, testing & commissioning of LT panel of size 1750mm(H)X1200mm(W)x500mm, works also includes removing cable end termination before dismantling of panel and termination(with supply of termination kit) of cable after installation, removal of panel support structure, doing minor modification/addition in angle iron support structure, preparation of cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement: 3 coarse: 6 graded stone aggregate) foundation, work also includes dressing and leveling of soil and surrounded PCC work(of 1 mtr width x 100mm depth on each side of panel ), etc complete as required .

Dismantling & reinstallation testing & commissioning of Runway sign boards work includes raising of foundation(with cement concrete 1:3:6, 1 cement: 3 coarse: 6 graded stone aggregate) level up to approx 10 Cm above surrounded ground surface, preparation of surrounding PCC surface with proper slope to match the surrounded surface levels (PCC of 1mtr width surrounding to board sidesx100mm depth) etc,dismantling and reinstallation of transformer housing box, removal of cables and refixing/termination of cable, supply of required foundation bolt, including dismantling & reinstallation of of existing housing box, with supply of HDPE pipe & secondary lead including laying and connections etc complete as required as per the direction nof engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling & reinstallation testing & commissioning of Joint Feeder pillar panels including raising of foundation(with cement concrete 1:3:6, 1 cement: 3 coarse: 6 graded stone aggregate) level preparation of surrounding PCC(PCC of 1mtr width surrounding to board sidesx100mm depth) surface etc complete as required.

Repairing of cable fault by doing required excavation at fault location, Supply and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminum conductor cable , work also includes refilling of excavated area and cable with CPWD standard of underground cable laying etc complete as required.
