Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year
Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year
Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years
Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)
The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Overhauling of High pressure valves, Wall blowers, Safety valves & Piping Hangers of value not less than Rs. 21.38 Lakhs in the last five years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) in any Thermal Power Stations of 210 MW or above capacity Units. As a proof of this, the bidder should upload single/multiple Work Orders (limiting to maximum 3 numbers work orders) or corresponding work done certificate issued by competent authority. (Work done of previous years shall be given weight at of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year 2026-27).
The intending bidder, in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 42.76 Lakhs in at least two financial years during the last five years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). As a proof of this, the bidder shall upload the certified copy of Profit & Loss Account or Turn over Certificate duly certified by the Chartered Accountant. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weight at of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year 2026-27).
