Patch Repair work in Year 2026-27 on Different ODR/Village Road in Block Bhadpura.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 with 22.4 - 53 mm stone ballast as per Technical Specification Clause 405)

Repair to pot holes and removal of loose matenial, trimming the sides cleaning of surface, providing tack coat, 20 mm thick premix carpet and sealing of type 'C' seal coat (including all Material Bitumen, Labour and T&P etc) as per technical spesification clause 19042, 503 and 508.1

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using VG-10 pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminious concrete with 100-120 batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% as per job mix, and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 509 complete in all respects.
