Disconnecting of old serviceable PVC tank (500 ltr and up to 1000 Ltr cap) setting aside (or lowering if required) including repair cleaning etc and hoisted in same location including reconnection and refixing for proper functioning of over head tank complete all as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping to parapet walls including necessary form work complete all as directed.

M&L for carring out water proofing treatment for roof in following stages :- (1) M&L for rendering 10mm thick in 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing liquid all as per mfr inst over conc surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement. (2) First coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS 3384 @0.300 Kg/Sqm over plastered surafces (3)Second layer of 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with centre core of Single non woven polyster reinforcement & having weight 3 Kg/sqm with mineral gravel finish on top complete laid over Roof slab/padding surfaces over a coat of Bitumen 85/25 applied @ 1.20 kg/Sqm complete all as specified & directed at site.

M& L for carring out roof treatment in the following stages (a) Apply first coat of bituman primer confirming to IS 3384-1986 @ o.30Kg/ Sqm over and including 10 mm thick cement mortar (1:3 ) surfaces finished even and smmoth without using extra cement all as specified. (b) Second coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS- 702-1988 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm. (c) Third layer of APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 20 micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron both sides thickness 2.00mm having weight 3.00Kg /Sqm with over lap 100mm & end lap 150. (d) Fourth coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702-1998 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (e) Fifth and top most layer of surface finish which act as protective layer shall be of 40-50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded agg of crushed stone padding, well compacted with V -shaped groove 6 mm wide and 10 mm depth filled with mastic bitumen of (1:1) of proportion complete,size of PCC panel with grooves shall not be exceed 0.36 Sqm all as specified.

M&L for fixing of 0.50 mm thick AC Sheet cut to size bent to shape as in covering over crumple joints fixed with screws & bitumen washer complete all as directed at site

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc sheets in roof covering complete all as directed

Dismantling structural steel work incl door and gates etc complete all as directed

M&L for preparation of surface using necessary filling compound of Altek putty to obtain smooth regular/even finish using sand paper and applying one coat of plastic emulsion complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old surfaces by Brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down mass and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots, washing rubbing down and stopping distempered surfaces and applying two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion on old plaster serface as per the manufacturer’s instruction over a coat of primer/ wall putty completeall as specified and directed.

M & L preparing old decorated plastered or un-plastered surfaces of wall, pillasters, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot and washing down with water including complete removal of existing treatment complete.

M & L applying two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty on wall as per manufacturer’s instruction complete.

M & L applying two coats of plastic emulision paint on wall surfaces as per manufacturer’s instruction complete.Note : Preparation of surfaces and complete removal shall be measured and paid against Item No. 149 as considered therein.

M & L applying two coats of oil bound distemper on prepared wall putty surfaces complete. Note : Preparation of surfaces and complete removal shall be measured and paid against Item No. 149 as considered therein.

M& L for two coat of texture paint over two coat of wall putty on wall of old plaster surface complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (FIRST QUALITY) of any tint all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charges.

M &L preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (First quality) of any tint all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully cement plaster/ spalled out concret from wall, ceiling of RCC slab, sunshedes, beams, etc by chipping out lightly including necessary scaffoding etc complete all as spd & directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without extra cement on stone wall surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick CM (1:4) on concrete surfaces on ceiling / facia /RCC Chhaja etc finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed .

M & L two coat of oil bound distemper on old plastered surface of wall including preparation one coat of chalk white of serfaces completeall as specified and directed.

M & L Two coat of cement base paint on newly plastered surface of wall including preparation of serfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coat of white wash over newly plastered surfaces incl preparation of ceiling etc all as specified.

Note for all above items:-All items in BOQ are for"Materials and labour /Supply and fix" and to be executed in "Repairs unless otherwise specifically mentioned as "Supply only" or "fixing only" in BOQ. Contractors are required to quote their rates accordingly.
