Disconnection and taking down unserviceable double headed yard hydrant valve 63mm dia, and replacing the unserviceable End Cap, Lugs Grip and Rubber Washer, checknut and Polishing the hydrant carefully and refixing the same after repairs in its original postion complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Transportation charges if any involved shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

All as per Item No 1 here-in-above but Single headed yard hydrant valve 63mm dia.

Disconnection and taking down unserviceable double headed yard hydrant valve 63mm dia, and S&F New Double headed yard hydrant valve 63mm instantaneous with operating wheels, end caps and securing chains, ISI Marked, complete alongwith necessary fixing materials requried for completion of job all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No 3 here-in-above but Single headed yard hydrant valve 63mm dia.

Disconnection and removing the u/s power contactor carefully from Panel board and S&F new power contactor 160 Amp Capacity , 440 V comprising of all accessories type MNX-110 complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection and removing the u/s power contactor carefully from Panel board and S&F new power contactor MNX 185, 250 Amp Capacity , 440 V comprising of all accessories for 170 HP Pumpset complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection and removing the u/s power contactor carefully from Panel board and S&F new power contactor MNX-80 of 100 Amp Capacity, 440 V comprising of all accessories for 75 HP Pumpset complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection and removing the u/s power contactor carefully from Panel board and S&F new power contactor 25 to 32 Amp Capacity, 440 V comprising of all accessories for 12.5/15 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable hose reel drum alongwith hose including S&F new hose reel drum with 19mm dia, 36.5m long, reinforced rubberised fabric hose including 6.35mm dia nozzle with a ball valve swing type, recessed as per sample complete, hose (BIS mark) conforming to IS : 636, type II and complying to IS : 903 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable corroded/broken Hose Box and S&F new Hose Box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800 x 600 x 250mm with double door with 4mm thick glass and door frame made of 16 gauge MS Sheet painted with fire red oxide and brilliant white inside the box, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down universal type serviceable sprinkler quick/ early response type as per IS : 15105 / TAC guidelines, 68 degree temperature rating complete from any height of the Hangers and other technical buildings and servicing the same including renewal of Misc items if any and refixing the same in its orignal position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnection and removing unserviceable sprinklers from any height of the building carefully and S&F New Sprinkler universal type, quick/ early response type as per IS : 15105/TAC guidelines, 68 degree temperature rating complete in Hangers and other technical buildings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnection and removing the AFPP Oscillating type system Foam Monitor of capacity not less than 1800 LPM and servicing / Overhauling of the Foam Monitoring unit complete including renewal of unserviceable Parts, check nuts, monitoring system, cover, proposing devicer and dual jet by specialist and re-fixing the same in its original position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Proposing devicer to be serviced only by specialist / OEM, and charges deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable AFPP Oscillating type Foam Monitor system S&F AFPP Oscillating type foam monitor system unit of capacity not less than 1800 LPM complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnection and removing the AFPP Oscillating type system Water Monitor of capacity not less than 1800 LPM and servicing/Overhauling of the Water Monitoring unit complete including reneval of unserviceable Parts, check nuts, monitoring system and cover and re-fixing the same in its original position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable AFPP Oscillating type Water Monitor system S&F AFPP Oscillating type Water monitor system unit of capacity not less than 1800 LPM complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnection and removing the pipe line connections connected to the Diesel Engine of Capacity 125 KW /167 HP (at Parachute Building), Type 4R 1040, Make :- KOEL unit carefully for finding out the defects and Servicing /Over hauling the same including and Replacement of unserviceable Fuel Filters, Air filters, Oil filters, Fan belt, Hose Pipe sets, Engine Oil, Coolant, Bearings packings etc complete and refixing the same in its original position couple with the pumpset and connecting the pipe line testing and commisioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note : All the misc items and Fuel Filters, Air filters, Oil filters, Fan belt, Hose Pipe sets, Engine Oil, Coolant, packings etc are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. However bearings shall be measured as supply only and the labour element involved shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Disconnection and removing the Fire Fighting Pumps of Capacity 167 to 170 HP, Head 90 Mtr, Discharge 4590 LPM connected to the Diesel Engine of Capacity 125 KW /167 HP (at Parachute Building) alongwith connections and overhauling the same complete including renewal of worn out bearings, metalling & Polishing the shaft, Coupling Unit, Oil Seal, Gland, Impeller Sleeves, Impeller lock nuts, complete and re-fixing the pump in its original postion after completion of repairs and overhauling connecting the pipelines testing and commisioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (1) All other misc items not covered above but required for satisfactory completion of job deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Disconnection and removing the Fire Fighting Jockey Pumpset of Capacity 10 to 15 HP, 440V connected to the Fire Fighting system (at Parachute Building, Air Field FF Pump house & New ATC Bldg) alongwith connections and overhauling the same complete including renewal of worn out bearings, metalling & Polishing the shaft, Coupling Unit, Oil Seal, Gland, Impeller Sleeves, Impeller lock nuts complete and re-fixing the pump in its original postion after completion of repairs and overhauling connecting the pipelines testing and commisioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- Note : (1) All other misc items not covered above but required for satisfactory completion of job deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable pressure guage and S&F Pressure gauge 8" dial 0-21 kgs rating ISI Marked complete all as directed.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable pressure guage and S&F Pressure gauge 4"dial 0-21 kgs rating ISI Marked complete all as directed.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable/ broken Stainless Steel spindle along with the check nuts & gate from the Sluice valve of Size 80mm dia and M&L for New Stainless Steel Spindle of same size & capacity with Stainless Steel Check nuts including polishing, mechining, threading & necessary lathe work complete.

All as per item No 26 here-in-above but of size 100mm dia sluice valve.

Disconnection and removing the U/S Sluice Valve 80mm dia and S & F Sluice Valve 80mm dia, IS-14846, PN 1.6, bearing ISI mark, stainless steel spindle with hand wheel head, screwed both ends for GI Pipe 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable battery lead connection and M&L for battery connected leads made out of PVC Single core 1100 volts grade bunched copper conductor upto 1.5m long including one end soldered with a copper lug and the other end soldered with a brass terminal along with nut, bolt and washer complete.
