Restringing of existing ACSR conductor carefully on existing poles of LT overhead line any size etc, including replacement of binding wires for binding of conductors to insulators each spane of 3/4 wire and 2 wire of street light complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of following sizes as in overhead conductor including fixing aluminium tapes for binding and line connectors, including dismantling of old conductor of any size and capacity complete all as specified and directed Note: The weight of the conductor shall be determined as stipulated in Preamble (b) on Page 413 of SSR-2020 Part-II (Rates).

S&F in replacement pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 100mm height, 65mm dia for working pressure 1100 Volts grade of LT overhead line including taking down existing cracked/ unserviceable pin type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator of size 100mm height, 115mm dia for working pressure 1100 Volts grade and one galvanised mild steel strap 31 x 5mm and dia of bolt 14 mm with two galvanised iron washers and one nut including taking down existing cracked/ unserviceable shackle type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of red oxide primer coat and two coat of silver paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for Stay assembly complete in replacement with accessories and GI stay rod 20 mm dia 1900 long, stay plate 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, galvanised thimbles, GI stay wire 7/4 SWG, galvanised steel 14mm dia 400mm long stay bow and GI nuts, washers including loop type insulators, vitreous porcelain, white brown or green of large size with overall dimensions 90mm x 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, etc and all other accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 on MES Schedule Part-I complete including dismantling stay assembly complete all as specified and directed. Note-: Stay clamp, excavation and earth work and concrete for stay pit and insulator shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and erecting in replacement of true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole, 9 metre long, complete with mild steel base plate 6mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm, B-118 finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screws, type 410 SP-31 including drilling of holes of required size and nuts for fixing of cross arms, painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting five black and white bands at lower portion of pole each of 300 mm height at 300mm spacing including taking down of old existing broken/cracked pre stresed concrete pole 9 metres long complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work and PCC in foundation of poles, coping etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch 'A'.

M&L for repairs/Servicing to Existing LT electric panels outdoor type including checking loose connections and tight connection and cleaning inside/out side all connection, replacing all cable glands,thimbles and lugs as per the size of existing cable, providing new insulation tape to bus bars, repair to broken/hanging doors by fixing hinges or welding the door to make it servicable, spray painting and testing the entire panel board after the completion of servicing up to the satisfication of Engr-in-charge all as directd and specified. Note: The tenders quoted rate per unit shall deemed to be inclusive of taking out burnt MCB/MCCB/Voltmeter/ Ampiermeter /CT/LED lamps of any type and discription etc and refixing the same, which shall be measured and paid as supply only vide relivent items of this schedule. (i) Cleaning inside the panel and all incoming and out going feeders i.e MCCB/Changeover switches/Contactors thorouly with help of Vaccum Cleaner. (ii) Checking the loose connections of incoming and out going feeders and rectifify the same with help of new GI nut bolts and washers (iii) Replacing the burnt out color coated PVC Sleeve of main and fedders bus bar with appropriated size of New PVC heat shrinkable sleeves (iv) Replacing Burnt out Voltmeters/Ammeters/Indicating Lamps/HRC Fuses.(Note: New items shall be measured and paid separatly) (v) Replacing burnt out control wiring of Ammeter/Voltmeter/Indicating lamps and CT'swith 2.5/1.5Sqmm copper single core,1100V grade copper conductor cable (vi) Replacing Burnt out Bus Bar of incomming and out going feededs with approprieted size of new bus bar ( Note : Bus Bar will measured and paid separately). (vii) Spray Painting of Panel Board with one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

Supply only Aluminium Bus Bar strips, of any size, for extention of MCCB terminals for cable terminations, inside the cable alley of LT panel board, duly supported on the FRP / DMC support insulators including necessary drilling / bending to obtain required shape and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in suitable type and size FRP/DMC bus bar support insulator (Bridge Insulator) fixed in existing panel for fixing the extended aluminium/copper bars, for cable terminations, duly fixed in the body of the panel board including galvanized steel bolts, nuts, washers etc.and necessary drillings, in the panel body, complete all as specified and directed.
