Paving out, stringing and tensioning as per standard of six line 'ACSR KUNDAH' conductors including attaching insulator strings with arcing horns or rings on to the tower cross arms, clamping the conductor to the insulator strings using suspension clamps with armour rods and tension clamps, jumpering the conductors at tension points, jointing the conductors and pilot wire where ever necessary , installation of vibration dampers, hire charges of tractor and stringing tools, all hire and labour for protective trestle work, providing suitable back stays at the time of stringing etc complete (including sag , jumber).
Dismantling existing six line ACSR Kundah conductor from the tower and stacking the conductor as per directions
Paving out, stringing and tensioning as per standard one OPGW including fixing the conductors on to the tower tops using tension clamps and suspension clamps , jumpering the conductor at tension points , jointing of conductor where ever necessary, erection of earth bonds, hire charges for pulling machines, tractors and stringing tools, all hire and labour for protective trestles and providing suitable back strings at the time of stringing etc complete.
Dismantling existing OPGW from the tower and stacking the conductor as per directions
Splice One fibre of 24 fibre cable at FODP/LIU panal, splice loss shall be less than 0.05dB and arrange/ teminate the fiber inside the 24/12 fibre spliace box as per the direction of departmental officers.
Dismantling one set tension string with conductor from D- shackle of the 220kV tension tower after tensioning the conductor by using special appliances after giving jumper connections, then lowering the conductor with tension string, dismantling existing tension clamp with fittings from the conductor, marking the position of the tension hardware fittings after changing the damaged portion of line conductor if any with new conductor using Mid span joint and providing single tension hardware fittings/double tension hardware fittings (double tension hardware fittings for road crossing/ river crossing etc.) on the conductor using compressor, replacing damaged disc insulators, re-assembling the insulator string to the tension hardware fittings with conductor, lifting the same, re-assembling to the existing D-shackle at the cross arm and giving necessary jumper connections etc. as per the direction of departmental staff.
Providing earthing in terminal tower as per standard specification by providing 150mm dia bore hole for a depth of 3.6m and placing of GI pipes 50 mm dia GI "C" class 3m long into the bore including cost of 600 mm dia RCC collar placing over the earth pipe and connecting the earth pipe and tower leg using 7/3.66 mm GI earth wire with lugs connecting to the pipe and fixing necessary GI clamp etc., including drilling of bore cost of all lead and lifts etc., complete.
Stub setting (using template/probe) for 220 kV towers. Erection of stub, stub template, fixing of jack for supporting template, allignment and leveling for exact location of stubs of stub setting template, dismantling of template after completion of initial curing of Cement concrete, movement of template from one location to another complete, as directed by Board staff. - general area (For 220kV DC towers)

Boring, providing and installing bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-35 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring, with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete, by percussion drilling using Direct mud circulation (DMC) or Bailer and chisel technique by tripod and mechanical Winch Machine all complete including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of pile cap). The scope includes all works including the breaking pile head to cut off level and exposing pile reinforcement for embedment in pile cap etc all complete as per specification, drawings and as per the direction of KSEBL Engineer complete in all respects as per scope & technical specifications (Cement content considered in M35 design mix is 350 kg per cum. The additional cement content will be paid extra in the respective line item) -700 mm dia pile<br>
