Supply and unload potable drinking water through water bowser from water source to under ground sumps at COAST GUARD LAND, GOA UNDER GE(I)(CG)GOA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note:- (a) The water bowser shall be fitted with PVC flexible pipe of required diameter and length for filling the water up to underground sump. (b) Contractor shall supply water in Hygienically neat and clean water bowser free from dust, dirt and scales. (c) Water bowser to be used for carrying potable water shall be painted with EPI coating internally. (d) The sources of water to be supplied shall be intimated well in advance for Inspection of Engineer-in-charge. (e) The contractor has to visit the site before quoting tender. (f) The contractor shall produce the protable test certificate as per table 1 , 2 & 6 of IS 10500 of water supplied from Govt Authorised agency. No of Testing of Potability of Water :- 06 TIMES RANDOMLY TO THE ENTER CONTRACT PERIOD. (g) The sample of water from the source shall be fwd to Govt agency potability testing before supplying the water. Rate quoted is included for this provision. The contractor shall be responsible for providing the necessary chemical and bacteriological test certificate from an approved Govt Lab before commencing the supply of water. Testing shall be done for water for all parameters as per IS:10500-2012 in a Govt approved laboratory complete all as specified and directed. Water to be tested as per Table 1 to table 6 of IS 10500-2012 for general parameters, concerning substances undesirable in excessive amount, parameters concerning toxic substances, parameters concerning radio active substances, pesticides residues limits and test method and bacteriological quality of drinking water as per IS 10500-2012 in Govt approved NABL laboratory complete all as specified and directed. Sample of water shall be taken jointly by the representative of Engineer in Charge and the contractor from the approved source of supply. No of Intial Testing of Water :- Total 01 Nos testing to before supply of water. Unit Rate quoted shall be deemed to be included the above provision by the bidder.
