Earth work in excavation by manual means/hydraulic means including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil to dumpyard as directed by Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for concrete

Close timbering in trenches including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) complete (Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered).Depth exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3 m

Labour charges for plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:2:4 using 20mm/40mm metal including charges for compacting the concrete while laying, ramming, watering, curing, lifting and conveying the material from store etc complete as per direction of engineer in charge

Labour charges for Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks ( factory made) of size 40x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part 1 of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 20 cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete as per direction of engineer in charge

Labour charges for Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 40x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand) etc complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Labour charges for plastering the walls with cement mortar 1:4/ 1:5/1:6 , 12 mm thick, line and level floated hard and trowelled smooth watering, curing, including charges for conveying the material etc.complete as per direction of engineer in charge

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M15 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufacture as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer – in -charge. Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @330 kg/cum. Excess /less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately.<br>All work above plinth level upto floor V level

Labour charges for reinforcement for RCC works, bending, tying and placing in position at any level including charges for conveying the material from store etc.complete as per direction of engineer in charge

Labour charges for fabrication of steel structurals such as support of cover of water tank, gratings above drain using ISA 50x50x6mm, MS Flat 40mmx5mm or nearest available size including charges for fabricating members to size, conveying it to the site, lifting and fitting in position either by welding or by bolting, painting with iron primer one coat and two over coats with rubber based paint after cleaning the surface thoroughly, cost of welding rods, cutting gas , hire of tools and charges for scaffolding also conveying MS materials from store and debris to the dump yard etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge

Labour charge for fabrication and erection of platforms with MS chequered plate or MS plate of any thickness/ PVC grating including:<br>a) Cutting new plate to required size and shape fixing in position either by welding (full run) or by bolting and fixing the PVC grafting properly in the MS frame work <br>b) Painting with iron primer one coat and two over coats with rubber based paint after cleaning surface thoroughly, cost of cutting gas, welding rod , hire of tools and charges for scaffolding etc complete
