Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store 15mm bore pipe, all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1 above but 20mm bore.

All as per item No 1 above but 25/32 mm bore.

Supply and fix Unplasticized PVC pipes of bore 15mm, pressure rating 10 Kgf/Sq. Cm all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Unplasticized PVC pipes of bore 20mm, pressure rating 10 Kgf/Sq. Cm all as specified and as directed

M&L GI tubes medium grade galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors 25/32mm bore.

S&F in repairs bib taps 15mm bore, cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, fancy type, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs stop valves 15mm bore, cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type, screwed down high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions all as specified and directed.

Material and labour rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing smooth and even and smooth without using extra cement making good match the old surface finish including taking down old plaster.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint, over a coat of primer over two layers of wall care putty,, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed 110 mm bore, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls.

All as per item 11 above but 75 mm bore

Supply and fix in repairs 75 mm dia PVC floor trap/nahani trap including taking down existing damaged CI grating from floor trap/nahani trap

Demolition Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry in grade 'C' solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 50kg/sqcm as per IS 2185 (Part I) 2005 and setting in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth (inner girth shall only be measured and paid) in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab set in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement duly mixed with water proofing compound all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) for 150mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and directed

M&L Reinforced concrete drain pipes, class NP3, 150mm internal dia of pipe, pipes shall be laid level or to falls in trenches or on concrete bed or directly on hard grounds and jointed complete with collars as specified, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement over 15 mm cement screed in CM 1:4 slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including 20 mm dia PTMT Ball valve high pressure including dismantling old water tanks and removing to store complete all as directed.

All as per item No 26 above but 1000 ltr capacity
