IMPROVEMENT TO JAUNRIA MIP IN HARICHANDANPUR BLOCK UNDER OIIPCRA GRANT FOR THE YEAR 2022-23.

Dismantling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the derbies with all leads & lifts including all labour, taxes as per norm, T & P etc. required for the item & as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of foundation to proper profile in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level and making it fit for laying concrete and depositing the excavated materials clear of work site within all leads and lifts etc including dewatering from foundation if necessary etc with supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing filter media with approved quality of moorum , sand admixture to designed thickness and level including watering & compaction up to 95% of MDD in OMC including cost, conveyance, royalty & all taxes of all materials including supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm,T&P etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete Lining in Cement Concrete M15 grade using 20mm down graded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregate of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any deleterious materials using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level for cement concrete lining in canal to the bed and slopes for 75mm thick with keys etc., providing contraction joints and filling with approved sealing materials including use of AEA (air entraining agent) in the concrete mix and supply of all materials, labour and machineries, compacting with plate vibrator and finishing the concrete surface including form work trimming, dressing, watering and compacting of canal bed and slopes with rammers, providing beads and grooves etc, cutting trenches for keys as indicated in the approved drawing, curing the concrete for the required time with supply of all materials, labour, taxes as per prvailing norm including cost conveyance and royality complete as directed by Engineering - in-Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade with nominal reinforcement (excluding cost of M.S. rod, carriage and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) using 20mm and down, graded, crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour, taxes as per prvailing normand supervision Charges including mobilisation & de-mobilisation of men & machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing rigid, smooth centering & shuttering for concrete works with box type steel shuttering plates and including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and curing with water for specified period including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts, delfts including supply of all labour, all tases as per prevailing norm and T & P required for the items etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fine dressing of earth work in slope of Dam & canal embankment including trimmed to required profile and turfing with best compacted dub grass sods with all leads and lifts including periodical watering with labour, all other taxes as per prevailing norm and T & P till survival of the turf etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement and Payment will be made on survival of the turf. )

Filling foundation & plinth with excavated earth including watering & ramming to all heights with all leads & lifts with supply of all labour, all taxes as per norm and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface or shape and size using 20mm and down graded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials, clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, ( excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision Charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, straightening ,cutting,bending and binding of uncoated HYSD (SAIL/TATA)rods for concrete works and tying the grills as per approved design & drawing and placing in position including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all labour, taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Weight of the binding wire will not be included in the measurement for payment)

Providing & fixing 12mm thick salitex board (Bituminous) expansion joint board) in expansion joints including cost, carriage, royalties and taxes of all materials, supply of all labour ,T & P and supervision charges required for the item etc. complete in all respect as per approved design, drawing, specificiton and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying RCC NP-2 spun pipes 150 mm diameter including cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of RCC spun and including supply of all labour, taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P etc. to complete the work or as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Clearing shrub jungles including uprooting tank vegetation, grass bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviciable material and stacking of useful materials with supply of all labour T & P and all taxes as per prevailing norm etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 20mm thick cement plaster (1:4) over stone work or prepared old surface to all height, curing for required periods including cost, conveyance, royality and other taxes of all materials, labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P alongwith supply of all labour required for the work complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil including stony earth, gravel and moorum etc. interspread with boulders up to 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including dressing of slopes and bed to design level & section ( benching & stripping of Dam )and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site as per the specification from the place of excavation including supply of all labour, all taxes as per norm, construction & maintaining haul roads required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.( Measurement will be taken on finished level section)

Supply, transportation, erection, fitting and fixing approved type of moulded measuring devices (Cut Throat Flumes) of required discharge capacity made out of fiberglass reinforced Plastic mould (FRP) at the specified location with "hold fasts" embedded I
