Excavation in earth work in all heights and depth in all kinds of soils, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site. according to the HP.PWD. specification

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement :Four sand :eight graded crushed stone aggregate 25mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth, and in breast and retaining walls including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying Boulder filling under the floors complete in all respect including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates (3.15mm) three point fifteen milimetre thick welded with angle iron in frame (30x30x5mm) ( Thirty x thirty x five milimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to all heights, in:- (a). Foundations, footings & bases of columns etc., and mass concrete.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel, channel, laying and fixng of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation i/c provision of contraction and expansion constrcution joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixture as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days using compound (where required) and water finishing lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.

Providing and fixing dyed aluminium work for door, window, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. Providing and fixing of machine made/wire cut brick tiles on faces of walls on a base of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 in proper line, level,regular, straight, (horizontal & vertical grooves, 5mm wide & 3mm deep) as per direction of the engineer-in-charge complete.

Applying Birla white wall care putty two coats over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.
