Manning & Operation for sub-station with DG set 160kVA including attending internal and external electric complaints of HT/LT electrification, including street lights, perimeter lights, etc. by providing 01 (one) mate working as helper each in 01 (one) shift of 8hours on all days including Sundays and holidays for domestic area complete all as specified, detailed hereinafter and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Notes for serial item Nos. 1 to 3: (i) The timings for each shift shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-charge. No claim whatsoever on this aspect is admissible (ii) 'NIL'or 'Zero' quoting of rates against any items will be treated as 'Non Bonafide'. (iii) The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum fair wages as notified by the Government of India / State Government / Local bodies / Labour Regulations whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESI, Bonus, taxes, etc. as applicable. In case, the rates quoted by the bidder are less than the minimum fair wages as notified by the Government of India / State Government / Local body / Labour Regulations whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESI, Bonus, taxes, etc. as applicable, his tender will be treated as 'NON BONAFIDE' and will not be considered for acceptance. (iv) The minimum wages as derivied by the Deartment including all statutory provision such as ESIC, Bonus, GST, taxes, etc. except the Contractor's profit for skilled person works out to Rs. 705/-per person per shift and for un-skilled person Rs. 552/- per person per shift (v) Increased wages including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions shall be paid to the workers by the Contractor. No other claim whatsoever shall be admissible on this account and the bidders shall note this aspect and quote their rates accordingly. M&L for removing / scrapping of old worn out paint from water coolers by rubbing with suitable emery paper, etc. and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (tint as approved) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and writing MES number of coolers (tint as approved and sutable sized font) in body of cooler complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes:
