Taking down u/s verticle rail of rifle rack for 15/20/48 rifles and S&F new verticle rail with Ist class H/W teak of required shape & size as per drawing complete.The fixing and finishing shall be done in accordance with drawing all as per specified and directed.

All as per item no 22.01 but top rail with half elliptical section for holding guns.

TABLE BED SIDE MAP (DRG NO FD-E6/MAP/15R)

Replacement of unserviceable top 18 mm thick one side teak faced MDF prelaminated board required size as per drawing including 6 mm thick teak wood edging and fixing and finishing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing u/s rear legs and S&F new legs with 18 mm mild steel square tubes (18 GAUGE) of required shape and size as per drawings including two coats of synthetic enamel Black paint 1st grade as per existing over a coat of red oxide primer complete.

Electric Arc welding upto 1 cm long to steel joints/surfaces of any description all as required and as directed.

Cleaning old/new wooden/steel surfaces thoroughly by using abrasive cloth emery various sizes and putty as required as per trade practice and applying good quality polish to wooden surfaces and painting with synthetic enamaled black paint in a glossy finish shade on steel surfaces as per specified and directed.

Tightening of complete frame with the support of bamboo pins/ nails/screws and fevicol as per trade practice. Rest all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

CHAIR VIP CUSHION (DRG- FD 358)/ CHAIR EASY SOFA TYPE (HFD-2043)

Removing u/s upholstery of seat & back and S&F new leatherite upholstery of seat & back complete as approved as per existing shape & size and drawing (Rate of fabric not less than Rs 300 per RM).

All as per item no 24.01 but complete seat & back.

M& L for two coats of sprit/french polish to the exposed surfaces of complete chair as per trade practice and as directed upto high glossy finish achieved.

BED HARD PLY TOP: FD-245/246

Replacement of unserviceable ply wood both sides of head rest with 3.5 to 4 mm thick ply wood one side teak faced matching with the shade of existed of ply The ply wood shall be confirming to ISI as approved, 12 mm thick half cut TW beading including provision for MNF set with brass screw round head 25 mm long to be provided.

All as per item no 25.01 above but foot rest.

Replacement of unserviceable long rail with 1st class well seasoned H/W Teak/ Shisham wood of required shape & size as per drawing.

Taking down the existing unserviceable broken legs of head/foot rest and S&F new legs of Ist class hard wood teak/ shisham wood.

Taking down the existing unserviceable head rest (including legs) of Bed Hard and S&F new head rest complete made of Ist class shisham wood.

All as per item no 25.05 above but foot rest.

Taking down existing unserviceable ply top from the Bed Hard and S&F new ply top of IS 303, suitable to the bed, 12 mm thick,ISI marked BWR grade as approved by GE. Rest all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Replacement of unserviceable stiffener made of 1st class hard wood (SAL) of size 40 x 60 mm of required size/length.

Tightening of complete bed hard with the support of bamboo pins , bracket and fevicol as per trade practice. Rest all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

SOFA SET 1/2/3/5 SEATER : FD-281& TP

Removing old broken/unserviceable legs from sofa set 1/2/3 seater and S&F new legs made of Ist class hard wood Shisham/Teak wood as required.

Removing old broken/unserviceable arm from sofa set and S&F new Arms made of Ist class hard wood Shisham/Teak wood as required.

Removing old broken/unserviceable short rails of seat & back from sofa set 1/3 seater and S&F new rails made of Ist class hard wood (shisham/Teak) wood as reqd.

Removing old broken/unserviceable long rails from sofa set three pcs combined of five seater and S&F new rails made of Ist class hard wood Shisham/Teak wood as reqd.

Removing old broken/unserviceable wooden bearer from sofa set and S&F new Bearer made of Ist class hard wood shisham/teak wood as reqd.

Removing of old cushion of size 21 x 22 inchs 100mm thick from sofa set and replacing foam cushion of sofa set five seater with new PU foam cushion of 40 density and cushion shall be covered with cotton tapesty cloth of range not less than Rs.290.00 per meter, colour, shade and quality of tapesty shall be as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. (Make of foam:-Sleepwell/Curlon/featherfoam)

Preparation of surfaces by coarse sand paper/grinder of sofa set 2 seater and applying one sealer coat and making the surface plain by scraping with fine sand paper and polishing two coats of melamine polish on exposed surface to achieve high glossy finish, complete all as directed.

Replacement of unserviceable table top of size 1200mmx600mm. Irrespective of what is shown on drg, the top of table shall be 18mm thick BWR plywood of Grade-A with 1mm thick laminated sunmica sheet as approved by GE, pasted over the ply with marine garde adhesive and all edges of top shall be covered with 6mm thick teak wood beading/edging as approved , confirming to IS specification of required size as per drawing and fixing & finishing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of unserviceable shutter with hard wood teak/ shisham of required shape & size as per drg including knob.Shutter to be fixed with piano type SS hinges & rest all as per drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of unserviceable drawer with the materials and sizes as specified in the drawing complete with knob and fixing and finishing shall be done in accordance with drawing and standard workmanship complete all as specified and directed.

Drawer lock of mild steel 50 mm, 6 lever (brass lever) of best quality with duplicate keys as approved.

Replacement of unserviceable legs with new legs made of Ist class Hard wood teak / shisham grade I of required size as per dawinrg and fixing and finishing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 30.05 here-in-before but stiffener long.

M&L for removing unserviceable plastic cane from the chair verandah and reweaving of seat & back of chair verandah steel with white plastic cane 4mm wide and 0.5mm thick closely knitted/canning with and including 4 Nos hard rubber shoe of each chairs shall also be provided to the legs of chair including removing dents / bends wherever required and cleaning all steel surface thoroughly by using abrasive cloth emery of various sizes and applying putty as required as per trade pattern and painting the steel chair verandah frame with two coat of white synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Scraping and removing of old polished surface by using grinder, fine sand paper and abbressive cloth emery paper of various size and preparation of surfaces by applying one sealer coat and making the surface plain by scraping with fine sand paper and polishing two coats of french/sprit polish on exposed surface to achieve high class finish, complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge for the following wooden furniture items :-.
