Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance upto outside MD land complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for 100 mm thick, Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of flooring/hard standing, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20-23 mm thick, M-25 Grade cement concrete pre-cast hydraulically pressed, designer interlocking type tiles of approved colour and pattern, set, joined and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments laid over and including 15mm thick scread bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation old decorated external surfaces of wall, chajja, facia etc by complete removing old paints by mechanical scrubber without disturbing the plastered surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces over one or more coats of wall care putty to a smooth finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing rubbish upto a distance outside MD land complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc and finished the surface even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles 18 to 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 & cutting, polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for granite stone slab (of any type) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc, 18 to 20 mm thick, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 & cutting, polishing complete all as specified and directed.
