(Note : Proportion of mix and method of mixing of approved liquid water proofer admixture should be applied as per manufacturer's printed instructions). (Note : The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey. The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding , safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof. The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer's instructions with following course of description below :- (i) Applying a priming one coat of bituminious primer evenly @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm till the surface is properly impregnated. (ii) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighting 3.60 Kg/Sqm and minmum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) centre core laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75mm and end overlap of 100mm. All overlap joints shall br sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer. (iii) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium pain @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP Membrance. (Note: the work in respect of water proofing treatment shall be carried out only by authorized/approved applicator of the manufacturer/firms of app membrane. The contractor shall submitted 10 year company back warranty before claiming payments complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey. The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding , safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof. The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these iems.)

REPAIR TO SUMP :- Surface preparation : RCC surface must be clean , even and sound concrete, remove all oil, dirt, laitance, protrusions (by light grinding) and other contaminants manually to attain a fairly smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

Crack treatment : Cutting and opening cracks to a depth of 10mmx10mm in V shape by mechanical means, cleaning all dirt and loose particles using Nitobond SBR/ SBR latex of Fosroc/ Sika/ CICO having specific gravity ranging from 1.015 to 1.040 @27deg celsius mixed in the ratio of 1 (polymer) : 3 (cement) maintaining W/C ratio 0.35 to achieve thixotropic consistency.

Injection Grouting : Providing chemical injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the cold joint by injecting cement slurry (Preferred cement should have min blain value 300-500 sqmtr per kg) mixed with required consistency through the pre fixed PVC nozzle in the 18 mm dia holes fixing of PVC nozzle with Renderoc Plug and final cutting the projected nozzle and sealing off the PVC nozzle after the injection operation is over with Rendroc plug non shrink rapid setting mortar compound , finishing curing etc as per manufacturer specifications and as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Coving : Providing and applying cement mortar 1:4 admixed with modified acrylic emulsion specifically designed as a bonding aid , curing agent and gauging liquid for cementiotious system of FOSROC/SIKA/CICO at the junction of slab and vertical offsets complete all as specified and directed

Water proof coating : Providing and applying two coats of high performance elasto meric acrylic polymer modified cementitious coating like brushbond RFXof FOSROC / Topseal 109 HI of Sika/Repecrete RTU of CICO having a mixed density of 1.6 kg/cc applied by authorised applicators. Minimum recommended coverage is 0.5 m2/per kg/ 2 coats to achieve a DFT 1 mm water proof coating shall confirm to ASTMC-836, ASTM D 4541 & ASTM D 4060 brush bond RFX coating shall exhibit below properties: (i) Abrasion resistance ASTM D4060: 0.85 (ii) Tensile strength as per ASTM D412: 1N/mm2 (iii) Adhesion to concrete is greater than 1N/mm2 (iv) static crack accomodation ASTM C836: min 1mm system include supply and application all complete as per Fosroc methodolgy complete all as specified and directed.

Food grade coating (internal) : Providing mixing and applying Nitocote EP405 by FOSROC/ Sika grade-67 of Sika/ Cicoguard-WS of CICO applied by authorised applicator, Nitocoat EP405 is 100% (volume of solids) solvent free epoxy resin system designed for potable water retaining structures. Min recommended rate of application is 0.25-0.30 ltr/sqm to achieve a total DFT of 200 microns. Product shall be CFTRI approved and cured film shall comply with the requirment of IS:9833-1981 system includes surface preparation and application as per fosroc methodology complete all as specified and directed.

Protective coating (External) : Providing and applying crack bridging and anti carbonation coating for concrete base even at temprature below zero degree Celcius. Minimum recommended rate of application is 1.5 m2 /ltr to achieve a total DFT 200-300 micron on external side of sump complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs, shelves supported on walls, beams and columns in floor or roof including balconies, canopies, deck slabs or in Chajja/facia projection and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning 8 cm below and 15cm above the under ground cable for protection of cable with approved sand complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying fly ash bricks in layers prependicular to the axis of under ground cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying PVC insulated armoured heavy duty elect cable with STRANDED aluminium conductor 1100 V grade, cross sec area 16 sqmm 4 core and connected with aluminium lugs and properly crimped in trenches/ duct/ fix on pole complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed.
