Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix ratio M 10 using 20 mm nominal size agg excluding cost of shuttering i/c curing( all works upto lintel level).

20% Plum in 1:3:6 Mix Cement Concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

12 mm cement sand plaster in 1:4 mix.

providing and fixing of 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete inlocking paver blocks of m 30 grade made by block making machine with strong viberatring compaction and of approved size and desighn and shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick bed of compacted bed of fine sand filling the joints with coarse sand etc .All compelete as per directions of Engineer - in - charge

Providing and fixing of Information sign board and three stage photographs (Pre, post and during execution) and keep provision for unforseen items

Carriage of materials from the approved sources to work site by mechanical transport: Sand for an average lead of 30 Km.
