Dismantling of AC sheet corrugated /semi corrugated sheets in roofing any gauge and any thickness including ridge, valley/gutter etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wooden boarding of any description fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated / semi corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with rubber washer as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with washer as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel work in tubular trusses i.e truss bottom, top bend, sides, side supports, holding plates, posts and base plate etc. including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade St-240 etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing in repair Rotational Moulded Polythene [HDPE] Water Tanks, ISI Marked, Cylindrical & Vertical Type 1000 Litres Capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 20mm/15mm dia spouts for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes, Ball Valves, 25 mm Bore, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe [Minimum Weight 25mm - 455 Grams] etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as levelling course on roof top or similar work finished fair & even complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement of approved make as per manufacturers instructions for levelling the surface smooth to receive the water proofing membrane, applying one coat of hot paving bitumen of penetration value 85/25 conforming to IS 73 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.40 ltrs per sqm and applying a layers of APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum) weight 3.50 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 100 gms/sqm) shall be applied over Bitumenious primer (Application of polymeric memberane shall be by torch application, over laps shall be minimum 75mm in the transverse direction & 100 mm in the longtudinal direction) polymeric membrane shall be taken to a depth of 65 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall ( Cont..)

and shall be finished by membrane flashing, coved fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 of radius 75 mm shall be provided at the junction of roof & other vertical surfaces & surfaces shall be painted with hot paving bitumen of penetration value 85/25 conforming to IS 73 @ 1.20 kg/sqm & applying one coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11 kg/sqm including taking down existing Roof Treatment of any description and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 M complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.
