Development of Keshod Airport. SH SITC of Non-Inline Baggage Handling System Including Operations and AICMC at Keshod Airport.

Friction Drive type Arrival Baggage handling System Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of heavy duty endless, race track type horizontal flexible overlapping slat type, flat arrival baggage carousel, having 950 mm long (min), 300 mm wide and 5 mm (min) thickness and black in colour with smooth top. The material of slat shall be of PVC/ABS /PU/Rubber of high quality. The black colour slat shall be flexible, antistatic and flame retardant. The slat carrier support shall be minimum 3.0 mm thick fabricated from MS sheet duly painted/ powder coated having capacity normal live load rating of 35 Kg. (approx.) per linear meter. The height of conveyor system shall be 450mm from finished floor level and speed of 24-30 mtr./min. The carousel shall have curve radius, chain block, friction type suitable capacity drive unit, finished chain, frame work, supports, chain track, Take up section, side covering (inner & outer), Trim / Fascia, toe kick plate (inner & outer) in the passenger area as well as in the non-passenger area, Infill materials and all other accessories as per technical specifications for baggage handling system including cutting & drilling of holes, equipment Grouting, Earthing, necessary capacity cabling for drive from control panel, connection and interconnection, etc. as required for successful commissioning of baggage conveyor system in the baggage break up area. Arrival Feeder Conveyor System Design, supply installation, testing and commissioning of heavy duty slider bed belt type Arrival Feeder Conveyor system having useful belt width of 950mm and frame size 1050 mm and suitable height from finished floor level, Normal live load 35 Kg. per linear mtr, speed of 21-25 mtr. per min. / as per system functional requirment complete with 2 ply, 3mm minimum thickness polyster black colour carcass PVC smooth top, flame retardant, antistatic, robust, flexible, capable of providing continuous service, and of very low friction type belt. The bed shall be made of 3 mm thick (minimum) galvanized or epoxy coated mild steel sheet, drive unit, tension adjustment, frame and supports and cross members, support spacing, Trim / fascia covering / finishing, drive pulley, head and tail pulley, take up pulley and snub rollers, return rollers, vertical baggage guide / tipping device side wall / Guard with control logic and protection as per technical specifications for baggage handling system including provision of all electrical switchgears component, sensor,cabling, connection / interconnection, Controls, cutting & drilling of holes, equipment Grouting, Earthing, etc., complete as required for successful continuous operation of the system for the Departure check-in area. Electrical Control panel for Arrival baggage handling system: Design, Supply Installation, Testing and Commissioning of cubical type, Indoor floor / frame mounting, compartmentlized, fabricated out of CRCA sheet steel of thickness 2 mm duly powder coated with propoer ventilated with air louvers/ fans. The panel shall be front openable & accessible with doors having high quality neoprene rubber gasket & Door interlock feature with incoming power supply as per manufacturer standerd. The degree of protection for enclosure of the panel shall be minimum IP 54 & suitable for operation on 415 volts +/- 10, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC supply i/c Earthing, connections and comprising of the following component as required for arrival baggage handling system:.............................. Integrated Weighing Scale Conveyor: Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following size heavy duty slider bed belt weighing scale conveyor equipped with illuminated push button for introduction of baggage into dispatch conveyor (after baggage had been weighed & tagged) complete with LCD dual display type weighing scale with 4 nos. high resolutions load cells each of suitable capacity, Accuracy class C3 to C6 with 2 ply, 3mm minimum thickness polyster black colour carcass PVC smooth / rough top, flame retardant, antistatic, robust, flexible, capable of providing continuous service, and of very low friction type belt having useful width 650mm (minimum) and overall frame size 800mm (maximum), height as per system design of OEM and functional requirment at passenger end and the other end suitably sloped for easy flow of baggage with speed as per system design of OEM and functional requirment. The bed shall be made of 3 mm thick (minimum) galvanized or epoxy coated mild steel sheet, weighing scale, drive pulley, Tension adjustment, frame and supports, Trim / fascia covering / finishing, head and tail pulley, return / snub rollers, side wall / Guard with control logic and protection as per technical specifications for baggage handling system including all Electrical switchgears component, cabling, connection / interconnection, Controls, cutting & drilling of holes, equipment Grouting, Earthing, etc., complete as required for successful continuous operation of the system. Dispatch Conveyor: Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following size heavy duty slider bed belt dispatch conveyor complete with 2 ply, 3mm minimum thickness polyster black colour carcass PVC smooth top, flame retardant, antistatic, robust, flexible, capable of providing continuous service, and of very low friction type belt (Diamond cut Belt of 7.5 mm thickness ia also acceptable), normal live load 35 kg per linear meter having useful belt width such that it fits within the frame, without much side play and shall match with that of integrated weighing conveyor and overall frame size matching with integrated weighing conveyor, height as per system design of OEM and functional requirment suitably sloped for easy transfer of baggage from one section to adjoining section with speed as per system design of OEM and functional requirment. The bed shall be made of 3 mm thick (minimum) galvanized or epoxy coated mild steel, drive pulley, tension adjustment, frame and supports, Trim / fascia covering / finishing, head and tail pulley, return rollers, side wall / Guard, Vertical baggage guide / tipping device with control logic as per technical specifications for baggage handling system including all electrical switchgears component, cabling, connection / interconnection, Controls, cutting & drilling of holes, equipment Grouting, Earthing, etc., complete as required for successful continuous operation of the system. Collector / Take away Conveyor: Design, supply installation, testing and commissioning of heavy duty slider bed belt type Collector / Take away Conveyor system having useful belt width of 950mm and frame size 1050 mm and height 400 mm from finished floor level, Normal live load 35 Kg. per linear mtr, speed of 21-25 mtr. per min. / as per system functional requirment complete with 2 ply, 3mm minimum thickness polyster black colour carcass PVC smooth top, flame retardant, antistatic, robust, flexible, capable of providing continuous service, and of very low friction type belt. The bed shall be made of 3 mm thick (minimum) galvanized or epoxy coated mild steel sheet, drive unit, tension adjustment, frame and supports and cross members, support spacing, Trim / fascia covering / finishing, drive pulley, head and tail pulley, take up pulley and snub rollers, return rollers, vertical baggage guide / tipping device side wall / Guard with control logic and protection as per technical specifications for baggage handling system including provision of all electrical switchgears component, cabling, connection / interconnection, Controls, cutting & drilling of holes, equipment Grouting, Earthing, etc., complete as required for successful continuous operation of the system for the Departure check-in area. Control Panel for Departure Conveyor: Design, supply installation, testing and commissioning of cubical type indoor floor mounting compartmentlised, fabricated out of CRCA sheet steel of thickness 2mm duly powder coated indoor type floor mounted with locking arrangement & propoer ventilated with air louvers/ fans. The panel (IP54 protection) shall be front open able & accessible. All doors shall be provided with high quality neoprene rubber gasket, door interlock feature with incoming power supply & suitable for operation on 415 volts +/-10, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC supply i/c. Earthing, connections and comprising of the following component as required for departure conveyor system. 1) Incoming Control Unit : 415 Volts, 4 Pole MCCB (micro processor type) of breaking capacity of 35KA (Ics = 100 Icu) with over load, short circuit protection & earth fault protection. The rating of the MCCB shall be so selected that only about 80% of its full current carrying capacity is utilized for meeting the requirement of the specific application including future load of expansion of four more check in counters. Incoming Protection : (i) Single Phase Protection (ii) Phase reversal protection (iii) Under voltage protection Status Indication / display : Indication lamps (LED type) in different colour for Three phases & power ON with protection MCB. Gravity Rollers: Supply and installation of Gravity Rollers of length 2mts as site requirement, having roller length 950mm (approx.), roller capacity 35 Kg per linear meter, 60/50mm pitch / dia or as per manufactuer's recommendation, width section 1000mm and height suitably matched and sloped, complete in all respects i/c conveyor frame section, rollers, supports as per technical specifications for baggage handling system including cutting & drilling of holes, equipment grouting, etc. as required.

Rolling Shutter: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrically operated Rolling Shutter fabricated from MS of deep convex corrugations with side channel guides plate brackets. All MS shall be suitably painted / epoxy coated matching with side wall /frame colour and as approved by Engineer-In-charge. Rolling Shutter of nominal suitable size 1.5 mtr. (L) x 1.4 mtr. (W) are required to be provided wherever the conveyors are entering the space within the terminal building. The rolling shutters shall be provided with suitable rated geared motor directly coupled to the shaft of the shutter. Up & down movement of the rolling shutter shall be controlled by either limit switch or sensor. Interlocking with conveyor motor starter so that the conveyor would start only when the shutter is in full open condition. Down movement of the shutter could be done only with OFF switch of Conveyor System including mannual operation and mannual locking as specified in the specifications with wiring, earth connections, as required for the successful operation of the shutter and conveyor, cutting & drilling of holes, equipment fixing, etc. as required.

Drought Curtain (Flaps): Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of min. 2 mm thick PVC flaps with reinforcement and overlapping inside Drought Curtain of nominal size 1.5mtr.(L) x 1.4 mtr. (W)/ suitable for the opening to be fixed with SS strip, as per site requirement including cutting & drilling of holes, etc. as required.
