Preparation of untreated galvanized steel surface of any description by wire brushing, cleaning and removing all the dust, dirt, greasy spots and any other foreign material and priming with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy paint, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Primer- APCOLITE Advanced 2 Pack Epoxy Primer Grey Paint- ASIAN PAINTS- APCOLITE Advanced 2 Pack Epoxy Primer or equivalent as approved by AGE(I).
Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of epoxy based primer and two coats of epoxy paint complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Primer- APCOLITE Advanced 2 Pack Epoxy Primer Grey Paint- ASIAN PAINTS- APCOLITE Advanced 2 Pack Epoxy Primer or equivalent as approved by AGE(I).
-Ditto- all as per item No. 2 but one coat of epoxy based primer and two coats of epoxy paint complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site. Make : Primer- APCOLITE Advanced 2 Pack Epoxy Primer Grey Paint- ASIAN PAINTS- APCOLITE Advanced 2 Pack Epoxy Primer or equivalent as approved by AGE(I).
Complete removal of existing treatment on plastered/concrete surfaces complete all as specified.
M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces/completely removed surfaces complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
