Cleaning the site and errection of chain pulley blocks (5 ton capacity) tripoid etc.

Sealing of the channel using sand bags including making provision for the bye-pass to allow the discharge of accumulated sewage water.

Lifting the broken dilapidated jammed gate by chain pulley, tripoid and other lifting tools and tackles from the top and hammering from below the submerged gate with the help of divers and lifting continuously.

Supplying fitting & fixing in position G.M linner for making water tight in both up and down stream of draw shutter, using screw for fixing the G.M linner in position including fabrication as per direction of EIC.

Replacement leadscrew coupling and repairing of en-8 steel lead screw ( 65 mm dia x 6 m long ) .

Mfg. supply of G.M leadnut to match the leadscrew (MAT. 88 :10:2) size o.d-115 mm i d- 65 mm , length-150 mm.

Supply of thrust bearing by approved quality as per sample.

Mfg. & supply of C.I jam nut to suit the lead nut.

Mfg. supply of S.S foundation bolts, nuts & washer (4 nos/ pedastal)size of bolts 25 mm dia x 300 mm long with grouting by breaking the existing foundation base.

Thorough repair of the C.I. penstock gate including developing of the worn out portion by C.I. Weld deposit, grinding with complete.

Repairing of C.I guide channel using proper welding process. masonary work (at the side wall of RCC constructed sump chamber) with perfect alignment & jointing. C.I guide channel must match with C.I gate with proper alignment ensuring leakproof arrangement at mating surface & fitting fixing with anchor bolt fusteners etc.

Complete assembly of pedestal, lead nut ,spindle thrust bearing etc as required with necessary grinding and locked the penstock gates by supplied SS cotter pin & trial run.

Thorough surface scrapping & painting with bitumen based air dry paints of approved quality two coats primer and two coats paints.

Lowering the repaired gates in the guide channel by necessary arrangement.

Commissioning of the penstock gate after proper greasing.

Removal of sealing from the incomer channel through dispose off sand bags and clearing off the entire incomer passage.

Transportation charges including loading & unloading to bring the gate and its accessories from work shop to site.
