Material & labour for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, light shade, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismatling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, in vertical surfaces 450mm x 300mm x 7.8mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work (600mm X 600 mm) including hangers, ceiling cleats of GI and expansion hold fastners for false ceiling complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick PVC insulation panels with EPS stuck to 1mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium as per specification and drawing as per SSR part-1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing uPVC insulation window fixed type with double glazed unit, with all glasses toughened to achieve 60 dB of sound reduction, and uPVC profile tested for 8000 hours against light UV material mix. uPVC outer wall profile will be 2.5 mm thick to ensure the weld strength considering heavy glass panels. Gasket to be black colour EPDM. all hardware spang rods to be stainless steel 304 grade, including all other fixing accessories as required to fix window panels complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course/ roof padding with & including , surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on roof / chajjas etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 15 mm thick rendering on green concrete roof surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4 with & including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, on concrete surfaces while concrete surface is green on roof, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of concrete surfaces and applying bituminous primer (conforming to IS : 3384-1965 ) @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces ( Ist coat for bonding material below membrane and IInd coat on top of membrane. Each coat shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying Atactic polypropylene modified polymeric standard membrane of minimum 3 mm thickness, weight not less than 3kg/sqm,reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm), made out of 90 micron high density polyethylene (ATACTIC POLY PROPYLENT BASED) laid on primed surface by forced application and finally finished with aluminium paint @ 0.20 litre per sqm complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of surfaces and applying aluminium paint by brushing @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm on APP membrane complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 100 mm thick,PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in sub base or flooring complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 10 to 12 mm thick vitrified unglazed and unpolished, scratch resistant, matt finished coloured tiles (square/rectangular) of size not less than 300mm x 300mm as in parking/hardstanding or similar works etc set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/ shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep and site clearance in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster work any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonary surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work of walls including surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for prepration of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note : Four runs of main wire and two runs of earth wire & casing shall be measured and paid as one length.

Material & labour for stone slab 40 mm to 50 mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur stone patties/ slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 cm to 30 cm wide and not less than 50 cm in length laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling dry clean tibba sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable including punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Only Punned down thickness shall be measured and paid

Material & labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine with & including GI pipe of 80 mm dia light grade complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for out door type LT Feeder Pillar box (Kiosk) of size not less than (L) 60 cm x (W) 45 cm x (H) 45 cm made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet (CPRI approved) with openable Front door including locking arrangement, with and inluding Copper Busbar 400 amps rating and one MCCB 250 Amps , 25 KA and fixed on angle iron frame of required size and embedded in PCC plinth made of PCC 1:4:8 type D1 as required complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.
