Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 01 No.127 HP diesel engine designed to run at 1500 RPM, 6 cylinder, water cooled, vertical diesel oil engine equivalent to Kirloskar make model No. 6R1080T coupled with RKB 125/27/ 5ST (CI impeller) having suction delivery of 150 mm x 125 mm water pump including supplying of 02 Nos 12 V, 180 AH battery, base frame with foundation bolts and nuts, coupling assembly, C.I. foot valve 150 mm, fuel tank assembly with fuel line hose etc. as required complete.

Supplying, installation and commissioning of Kirloskar make Squirrel cage TEFC motor 100 HP/75 KW, 3 Phase, 4 pole, 415 Volts +_ 10%, 50 Hz +_5% IP-55 enclosure with F class insulation suitable for ambient temperature 500C and designed to run at 1500 RPM coupled with RKB 125/27/5STG pump with C.I. impellers having suction and delivery as 150x125 mm with discharge rate of 30 LPs at 130 mtr including S/F of 100 HP fully automatic star delta starter with suitable relay range, suitable base frame, foundation bolts and nuts, coupling assy, C.I. foot valves 150 mm, MS flanges for both suction and delivery including connections, testing as required complete.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type floor mounted cubical panel board of not less than 1.40 mtr x 0.70 mtr x 0.60 mtr non extendable type LT 3 phase 440 V, 200 amps with both side open i/c front double hang shutter with locking arrangement made of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet in different compartment to accommodate various sizes of switchgear i/c supplying and fixing of following items including inter connection with 25 sqmm copper cable. The panel should have inner earthing, one coat of primer and 02 coat of finishing water proof paint and danger plate etc. as required and embedded its four legs into the ground at a depth of 40 cm with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and 50 cm above ground level made of angle of size 40x40x6 mm.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.
