Outsourcing & providing services of total-18 Nos Data Entry operator for MES offices/ installations by employing persons having full knowledge of the trade in a shift of 8 hours per day as directed by Office Administration/ Engineer-in-Charge as per following Schedule except Sunday/ Gazetted Holidays:- (i) For HQ CE Jabalpur Zone - Minimum 13 Persons (ii) For GE (East) Jabalpur - Minimum 04 Persons (iii) For GE (Project) Jabalpur - Minimum 01 Person Notes :- (a) Contractor shall quote his rate on per day basis for minimum 18 Nos Data Entry operator. (b) Persons employed should have the qualifications as specified in Particular Specifications Part-II of tender documents with a minimum working experience of 06 months on MS Word, Excel & Power point of computer programming and should have typing speed of 30 WPM minimum in english language. (c) Data Entry operator shall be responsible for completion of their jobs/ tasks etc. as given/ directed by the section head under which they will be placed within the stipulated time. (d) T & P i.e. Computer, Printer, toner, paper, stationery and all other materials, etc as required for smooth functioning of offices/ installations shall be provided by MES/ deparment through section head.

Outsourcing & providing services of total-02 Nos Ferro Printer for MES offices/ installations by employing persons having full knowledge of the trade in a shift of 8 hours per day as directed by Office Administration/ Engineer-in-Charge as per following Schedule except Sunday/ Gazetted Holidays :- (i) For HQ CE Jabalpur Zone - Minimum 02 Persons Notes :- (a) Contractor shall quote his rate on per day basis for minimum 02 Nos Ferro Printer. (b) Persons employed should have the qualifications as specified in Particular Specifications Part-II of tender documents with a minimum working experience of 06 months of his trade. (c) Ferro Printer shall be responsible for completion of their jobs/ tasks etc. as given/ directed by the section head under which they will be placed within the stipulated time. (d) T & P i.e. Computer, Printer, toner, paper, stationery and all other materials, etc as required for smooth functioning of offices/ installations shall be provided by MES/ deparment through section head.

Outsourcing & providing services of total-04 Nos Photo Copier/ File updater for MES offices/ installations by employing persons having full knowledge of the trade in a shift of 8 hours per day as directed by Office Administration/ Engineer-in-Charge as per following Schedule except Sunday/ Gazetted Holidays:- (i) For HQ CE Jabalpur Zone - Minimum 03 Persons (ii) For GE (East) Jabalpur - Minimum 01 Person Notes :- (a) Contractor shall quote his rate on per day basis for minimum 04 Nos Photo Copier/ File updater. (b) Persons employed should have the qualifications as specified in Particular Specifications Part-II of tender documents with a minimum working experience of 06 months of his trade. (c) Photo Copier/ File updater shall be responsible for completion of their jobs/ tasks etc. as given/ directed by the section head under which they will be placed within the stipulated time. (d) T & P i.e. Photo copy/ Xerox machine, Computer, Printer, toner, paper, stationery and all other materials, etc as required for smooth functioning of offices/ installations shall be provided by MES/ deparment through section head.

Outsourcing & providing conservancy services of total-20 Nos Sweeper (Safaiwala) for MES offices/ installations by employing persons having full knowledge of the trade in a shift of 8 hours per day as directed by Office Administration/ Engineer-in-Charge as per following Schedule except Sunday/ Gazetted Holidays:- (i) For HQ CE Jabalpur Zone - Minimum 12 Persons (ii) For GE (East) Jabalpur - Minimum 07 Persons (iii) For GE (Project) Jabalpur - Minimum 01 Person Notes :- (a) Contractor shall quote his rate on per day basis for minimum 20 Nos Sweeper (Safaiwala). (b) Timing for Sweeper (Safaiwala) shall be start 01 hour prior to normal office timings in normal working conditions and in case of visit of any higher officer or any other requirement, timings shall be as directed by Office Administration. (c) Persons employed should have the qualifications as specified in Particular Specifications Part-II of tender documents with a minimum working experience of 06 months of his trade. (d) Sweeper (Safaiwala) shall be responsible for completion of their jobs/ tasks etc. as given/ directed by the Administrative Officer/ Section Head under which they will be placed within the stipulated time. (e) T & P like- Brooms, Brushes, Dusters, Hand-Gloves, etc. and consumable materials/ items like- Phenyle, Acid, Disinfectant for Sanitary, Floor Cleaners etc. shall also be provided by Contractor and cost of these items are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the Contractor.

Outsourcing & providing services of total-06 Nos Gardener (Mali) for MES offices/ installations by employing persons having full knowledge of the trade in a shift of 8 hours per day as directed by Office Administration/ Engineer-in-Charge as per following Schedule except Sunday/ Gazetted Holidays:- (i) For HQ CE Jabalpur Zone - Minimum 04 Persons (ii) For GE (East) Jabalpur - Minimum 01 Person (iii) For GE (Project) Jabalpur - Minimum 01 Person Notes :- (a) Contractor shall quote his rate on per day basis for minimum 06 Nos Gardener (Mali). (b) Persons employed should have the qualifications as specified in Particular Specifications Part-II of tender documents with a minimum working experience of 06 months of his trade. (c) Gardener (Mali) shall be responsible for completion of their jobs/ tasks etc. as given/ directed by the Administrative Officer/ Section Head under which they will be placed within the stipulated time. (d) T & P like- Khurpi, Cutter, Talwar for grass cutting, Buckets & Mugs, Phanwra, etc. shall be provided by Contractor and cost of these items are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the Contractor.

General Notes for all items of BOQ :- (i) Normal Working Timing of Office (a) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday - 09.00 AM to 5.00 PM (b) Wednesday & Saturday - 09.00 AM to 2.00 PM Unit for Measurement shall be per day. Payment shall not be allowed for those persons will on leave/ absent. (ii) As per official schedule, Office shall be closed on all Sundays & Gazetted/ closed Holidays & no payment shall be allowed for these days. (iii) Leave of deployed persons under inescapable conditions shall only be allowed on prior intimation. However, Contractor has to make suitable alternate arrangements so that interruption of office work does not happen. (iv) Deployed persons shall report daily to JE/ Engineer-in-Charge or nominated officer by concerned Office Administration for their attendance and to obtained the instructions. Attendance of the persons shall be maintained by the Contractor as per format attached to Particular Specifications Part-II as Appx 'A' duly signed by all concerned on daily basis.
