Removal, physical inspection, refitting ( And replacement (if required) of ESP Fluidising Tiles. )

Checking, removal, refitting, repairing/ ( Replacement of diffuser feeder assembly (below ESP Hopper, 1st & 2nd field) including checking/replacement of diffuser fluidizing tiles for wet cleaning. )

Checking, removal, refitting, repairing/ ( Replacement of Ash Intake Valve of ESP & APH Hopper for wet cleaning. )

Checking, Repairing/Replacement of Air ( Intake V/V of ESP vacuum header. )

Checking, Repairing/Replacement of ( 10inch/9inch TERSG V/Vs. )

ESP Hopper inside checking, cleaning ( Repairing (if required) and change of all manhole door packing for wet cleaning. )

OH of U#3 FA Tower Area

Bag Filter/Cage checking, Cleaning & all ( Bag Filter replacement with pulse jet bar checking and repairing. )

Checking, Repairing/Replacement of Swing ( Disc V/V of Transfer Hopper. )

Checking, Repairing/Replacement of Vent ( Valve, equalising valve of Transfer Hopper and NUVA Feeder. )

Physical inspection & repairing of ISH ( Internal (if required),cleaning of accumulated ash from inside of ISH including checking & replacement of ISH fluidizing tiles. )

Disposal of ISH ash through tractor

Checking, repairing/replacement of NUVA ( Feeder diffuser including fluidizing tiles and repairing/replacement of body pad. )

Repairing/Replaceemnt of Collection Tank ( Including checking & replacement of impingement plate. )

Rotation/Replacement of 8 inch/9 inch CI ( Pipe line including bend/lateral/tool piece & T-joint below ESP Hopper & up to FAE Tower, line alignment checking, repairing/erection of damaged support, gasket replacement etc. )

Replacement of 200NB, 250NB, 300NB MS ( Pipe line. )

Replacement of 100NB, 150NB MS pipe line

Replacement of 9inch, 10inch DRC Pipe

Replacement of 15NB, 25NB, 40NB, 50NB, ( 65NB, 80NB MS pipe lines. )

Replacement of 9inch/10inch CI/DRC bend, ( Tee etc. )

Fabrication & Erection of 150NB, 200NB, ( 250NB MS bend. )

Fabrication & Erection of 40NB, 50NB, ( 65NB, 80NB, 100NB MS bend. )

Flushing/Cleaning of fluidising air line ( Of ESP Hopper, NUVA Feeder and flushing of fresh air line up to NUVA Feeder body pad. )

GST as applicable will be paid extra on production of proper documents.
