Ductable split AC unit
Supply of 8.5 TR Air cooled type ductable split AC units working on 3 Phase 415V, 50 Hz +/-1% AC supply with energy efficient twin compressor including all necessary accessories required etc complete. The compressors shall have independent refrigerant circuits, expansion devices, HP/LP cut off, etc complete. The initial gas charging (R-410A) also considered in this quote (Approved Makes- Bluestar, Carrier, Daikin, O general, Mitsubishi)
Installation, Testing and commissioning of AC units (Both indoor and outdoor units) including, positioning , full charge of refrigerant gas, leak testing, pressure testing, giving all control/power/refrigerant connections etc all required works as per standards etc complete as required at site
Supply and laying of required gauge hard copper refrigerant piping between outdoor units and indoor units with required thickness nitrile rubber insulation for suction and discharge copper pipe line
Supply and l;aying suitable control cable between indoor and outdoor units
Supply, Installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site 0.63mm thick GSS sheet metal rectangular /round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports, etc as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.Site fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular ducting as per IS 655-2006.mps &re-circulation pumps etc.complete
Supply and installation of aluminium foil faced 9mm thick closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber thermal insulation of exhibiting class"O" properties with density 45-55kg/m3. on supply air ducts with adhesive as per the recommendation of the manufacturer, longitudinal & transverse joints sealed with adhesive in neat & clean manner
Supply and Installation of good quality canvas connection
Supply and fixing suitable supporting stand for fixing the outdoor units using suitable support bars/anchor bolts etc whichever is required at site including all accessories etc complete required at site
Charges for dismantling existing concealed split AC units of capacities 8.5 TR (Both indoor and outdoor) and its refrigerant and control<br>connections and all related accessories etc complete from the position and<br>stacking at a suitable position as per direction of officer in charge and handover to the unit. The rate shall include required gypsum false ceiling cutting, scaffolding and other works required at site
Charges for providing necessary UV ray coating for the exposed portion of copper pipes)
