Cutting in earth work disposal of excavated earth upto alead of 20 mtrs.in PJW pick & jumper work 50% each.

Excavation work by mechanical means ( hydraulic excavator) manual means in foundation trenches or drians (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,lift upto 1.5m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excacated soils as directed,within a lead of 50 m. pick & jumper work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering, shuttering:- All work up to plinth level:1:5:10 (1Cement : 5 coarse sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering, shuttering:- All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering, shuttering:- All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete works in beams, suspended floors,roofs having slope uo to 15° landing,balconies,shelves,chajjas,lintels,bands,plain window sills,staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level,excluding the cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand):3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

52mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete harder topping under layer 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement 2 sand 4 graded stone agg.20mm nominal size)and top layer 12mm thick cement hardner consisting of mix 1:2(1 cement hardener mix:2graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size)by volume hardening compound mixed @2litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture's specifications.This includes cost ofcement slurry but excluding the cost of nosing of step etc complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting.propping etc.and removal of form for:

Suspended floors,roofs,landing,balconies and access platform

Dry Stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening,cutting,bending,placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.mild steel and medium tensile steel bars.

Wire crates of GI Wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (wire crares to measured & paid for separately).

Wire crates of GI Wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (boulders filling is to be measured & paid for separately GI wire 4 mm thick corresponding to SWG-8(15 cmx15cm)mesh.

Providing and laying S & S centrifugally cast iron pipes (Class LA) conforming to IS - 1536.1827.1 :-150mm dia pipe Class I

Providing and fixing C.I Sluice valve (with cap) complete with bolts,nuts,rubber insertions etc.(the tail pieces if required will be paid separately); 18.31.1:- 150mmm dia pipe class 1
