Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

b) 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete string or lacing courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills, shelves, louvers, steps, stair cases, etc. including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering complete.1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 1 kilometre, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS: 8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom. With rapid setting bitumen emulsion. On bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm.

Providing and laying Hot Mix Semi- Dense Asphaltic Concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge. With bitumen of grade VG- 30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and cement filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity.

Providing and laying Hot mix bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity.

Removing the existing precasting RCC drain cover slabs of size 600x750x140 mm without damaging and stacking the same at a distance of 60 to 100 mtrs from the drain location, by using mechanical means(Pick and carry crane Hydra 8 or equivalent )

Placing in position over raised drain removed RCC drain cover slabs of size 600x750x140 mm which are at a distance of 60 to 100 mtrs from the drain location without damaging by using mechanical means(Pick and carry crane Hydra 8 or equivalent )

Supplying and filling granular material (moorum) with plasticity index not more than 6 and liquid limit not more than 25 having CBR value between 15 to 20 obtained from approved quarryin embankments or depressions in layers not exceeding 20cm (loose) in depth or (any thickness as approved by the EIC in case vibratory roller is used) including breaking clods, watering consolidating each layer with power road roller 8-10 tons capacity or vibratory roller of adequate capacity under OMC to give density not less than 98% of the maximum modified standard proctor density complete including leveling fine dressing to required grade camber and slope complete as per specifications and as directed by the EIC with al leads and lifts(The item includes cost of work, payment of necessary royalty/segniorage charges , carriage of moorum upto work site for all leads and lifts involved from all sources acquired or arranged by the contractor and testing of moorum etc.Contractor has to get moorum sample tested in approved lab before supply at site.Payment to be made for compacted quantity only).

Cleaning of existing joints ( Expansion, Dummy and Construction joints) in old PQC pavement by removing sealing compound using kerosene oil, drying with blow lamp etc all complete

Providing and filling in position bitumen mix filler of Proportion 80 kg. of hot bitumen, 1 kg. of cement and 0.25 cubicmetre of coarse sand for expansion joints. Size of Joint: 2.5cm widht and 10cm Depth

Supplying and placing in position sand bags, fine sand filled in double bag containg HDPE cement bag of capacity 0.034 cum inside and gunny bag of capacity 0.034 cum outside stitched on top with thread for placing in work site area of RESA on both ends of runway etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (rate including cost of HDPE cement bag and gunny bag, sand, stitching and placing at site including trasportation)

Placing in position and removal of available sand bagswith in 100metre lead as and when required during construction phase of RESA for maintaing grade etc complete as per the deirections of the Enginer-in-Charge. (Rate to be quoted for placing each bag in position at work place including to and fro movement from stack area)

Providing and spraying water based concrete curing compound of approved make Concure WB of Fosroc or equivalent over the freshly laid cement concrete surface including all exposed sides by direct spraying without diluting at a dosage of 0.245 lit per sqm area of conrete surface as per manufacturers specifications etc complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and mixing Chloride free accelerting( accelerate the setting and early strength gain), water reducing admixture of approved make like Conplast NC of Fosroc Or equivalent in cement concrete at a dosage of 2.5 litres per 100kg cement of concrete mix, mixing as per the manufacture specification and conditions etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of CI box including breaking the concrete/bituminous pavement on 09/27 Runway approach side etc as required

Installation of C.I. Circular Transformer housing box of dia 330mm with PCC 1:2:4(1Cement : 2Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregates 20mm nominal size) in foundation for height of 100 mm and 200 mm all around the box, including excavation, finishing the top surface with cement plaster 1: 3 ( 1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand)and if required dismantling from its old location including breaking of old PCC etc. complete as required.
