Housekeeping of various offices including cleaning, sweeeping, dusting, swabbing, applying pocha, removal of cob webs, cleaning of window panes etc. by deploying Part Time Sweeper and as per instructions of officer incharge by deploying 4 PTS daily for 4 hours per day, 27 No. PTS for 2.5 Hours perday, 6 No. PTS for 2 Hours perday

NOTE: 1. For the calculation of yearly expenditure, 12 months each of 26 days shall be considered. 2. The rates to be quoted shall be Exclusive of GST. 3. Bonus, labour Cess, ESI and EPF employer share as per Govt. rules. 4. The bonus @8.33% on the amount of payment received by labour shall be paid by the contractor to the labour during the year as per provisions of bonus act. The amount shall be re-imbursed to the contractor by PSPCL on actual basis after having submitted the proof of its payment to the workers. This payment shall be ensured by the contractor at the end of the contract and before release of security amount. 5. The quoted rate shall include all statutory benefits payable to the workers by the contractor i.e. the weekly offs, overtime, gazette holidays, rest reliever etc as per labour laws. No extra cost of rest reliever will be paid by PSPCL. 6. Any increase in minimum wages rates enhanced by Labour Commissioner, Punjab time to time after 01.09.2024 shall be payable extra by PSPCL. 7. Negotiations, if required, shall only be held with the L-1 Bidder. 8. The consumables such as brooms, pocha, phenyl, harpic, etc. shall be supplied to the contractor free of cost by the concerned office.
