SCRAPING OF COLOUR WASH

Preparation of plastered or concrete surface for painting (including sand papering the surface) using ready mixed cement based wall putty by applying two coats to get required finish

Distempering with Acrylic washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two coats over one priming coat to give an even shade.

Finishing walls with exterior decorative cement based paint such as snowcem, robbiacem etc. two coats to give an even shade.

12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:4

Preparation of plywood surface for painting including sand papering the surface and applying filling with approved quality fillers consisting of white lead, linseed oil, Varnish, and Chalk Mitti including finishing the surface to required finish complete.

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on wood work, metallic or plastered, concrete surface to give an even shade.

Structural steel work in compound built up girders or stanchions built up from two or more R.S.joists or channel section or plates and angles etc. riveted or welded, including cutting and fixing alllattices bars,stiffeners, gusset, plates, bolts nuts,rivets, welding rods, etc. complete with flange plates, heads sole plates, angle connections, etc.with hoisting and erecting in position

Applying priming coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface.

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with ready mixed paint for metallic surfaces in all shades on steel or iron work

Corrugated asbestos Sheet roofing 6 mm thick sheets fixed with GI hooks and bolts, limpet and bitumen washers complete fixed in position excluding the cost of perlins, rafters and trusses.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate z sections and other sections conforming to Is: 733 and IS : 1285 of Jindal, Hindalco, Mahavir or equivalent make approved by Engineer in Charge , fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC Plug/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P.brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In- Charge. (Glazing and paneling to be paid for separately) :

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and labour for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC Plug / neoprene gasket required

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in paneling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-In-Charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side.
