M&L for dismantling and removing old burnt out alumunium/ copper winding wire of ceiling fans of size - 1200 mm (48”) sweep of any make and rewinding with new super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge as per old copper winding pattern and design to give same performance as per original fan's make including providing insulating media, varnishing (Golden), Cleaning, Oiling, Greasing etc and refixing all the parts complete and testing in E/M Store yard to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

(ii) Any un-serviceable part required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule 'A'. (iii) Ceiling Fans/ Exhaust Fans for rewinding/overhauling shall be carried out in E/M yard only. (iv) if Ceiling/ Exhaust fan damaged due to any reason during the repair Contractor will responsible for the same. (v) Contractor will produce guarntee letter for rewinding of fan minimum one year from the date of instalation and testing.

Taking down of unsv ceiling fan from any location in Army Area Jodhpur and deposite to E/M Store yard for repair and refixing the same after repaired or new any size and connecting up to the ceiling rose including taking down old u/s fan, complete all as directed.

Taking down of unsv exhaust fan of any size from any location of OTM and Md accn in Army area Jodhpur and refixing the same after reapiredF and connecting up to the ceiling rose including taking down old u/s fan, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Ball bearing SKF/NBC/TATA – 6201 suitable for Ceiling/Exhaust Fans, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
