Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, path and other similar type of works, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 100mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, floors, pavings and hardstanding etc, finished even smooth without using extra cement etc including necessary forwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for compacted thickness of clean dry river sand cushioning to paver blocks/under floor or foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of 80mm thickness M-40 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment laid over 50mm thick cushion of river sand screen bed, compacted with mechanical surface vibrator complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand cushioning will be measured and paid seperately.

All as per item No 5 aboves but except tiles including removal and refixing interlocking paver block and levelling sunk portions laid over sand cushioning all as specified and as directed. Note: Sand cushioning will be measured and paid seperately

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 150mm thick as in hard standing etc. including Spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming 20mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' for 150mm thick concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for forming contraction(dummy) joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade `A' all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on concrete or Brick works or stone walls etc including surface racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debries outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, on brick or stone walls to be finished even and fair smooth( without using extra cement or lime) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall of new surfaces, preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat proof anti fungal over a coat of primer) paint of any tint as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing treatment of old surface including brooming down , scrapping down smoke soot,mould, moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and grease spouts and cleaning with water on wall applying one coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted of steel & iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or grith not otherwise specified and applying one coat of syntheic enamel paint applied to surfaces of up to 4 storied buildings all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of old decorated existing external surfaces of walls and providing two coats of Cement Base paint complete all as specified.
