Investigation, Design and Construction of Physical Infrastructure such as Roads, Drains, Water Supply, Sewerage, compatible with trunk Infrastructure and Social Infrastructure like School Building, Primary Health Center, Commercial Complex and Community Hall in EWS layouts at Hindupur, Puttaparthi, Gooty, Pamidi, Kadiri and Tadipatri (Phase I and II) ULBs and Design, Supply, Construction, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of six (6) Sewage Treatment Plants of total capacity of 7.50 MLD (Tadipatri - 3.2 MLD, Hindupur - 1.3 MLD, Pamidi - 1.3 MLD, Puttaprthi - 0.6 MLD, Gooty - 0.2 MLD and Kadiri - 0.9 MLD) based on any appropriate Technology (Technology Neutral) with post completion operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants for 7 (Seven) years including 2 (Two) years defect liability period under PMAY HFA (U) Scheme at Ananthapuram District, Andhra Pradesh on Lump sum contract (Percentage Tender) (with DLP of 2 years)
