M&L Painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ with two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, and cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC), including testing and provision of necessary copper cable from fan to ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single phase, 230V of size 300mm sweep with blades and frame and louvers including testing and provision of necessary copper cable from fan to ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Checking of earthing resistance and E-N voltage with calibrated earth tester and multimeter including recharging of conventional earthing of lightening arrestor of building /workshop/hanger /OTM/Md Accn etc complete with Supply of saline water filling to earth pit in adequate quantity, chemical and maintaining the earth testing record, rectification of earthing related fault all as directed by Engineer in charge. Notes : (a) Earthing test will be carried out in presence of MES representative/ user. (b) Checking of each earth will be measured as one job. (c) Checking of E-N voltage of one bldg will be measured as one job.

Repair / Replacement of damaged or discontinued lightening conductor of aluminium strip of size 20 X 3.15mm with and including provision of necessary saddles and screws etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L in repair earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip 25x4 mm upto length 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and indicated including testing on completion including taking out old earthing complete. Note : The rate is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of complete earth work in any type of soil. PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 for chamber,RCC 1:2:4 type B1 for cover slab 50 mm thick, reinforcement 8 mm CTD bars @ 100 mm c/c both way, necessary form work, handle, charcoal dust 20mm dia GI med grade for watering and 40mm dia GI med grade earth lead protection pipes with funnel and wire mesh complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 14 above but for galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing air termination vertical type Single pointed aluminium rod made of 12 mm dia and 300 mm long with base plate welded at bottom complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw for fixing the same on wall, including suitable size of coverd MS box of 1.5mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair GI strip 32x6mm buried directly in ground or fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old chimney any type and capacity, cleaning the filter,repair or replace the push button for on off and cutting out the existing burnt out blower fan motor winding, cleaning the motor slots,rewinding the motor with insulated copper winding wire of existing gauge, baking / heating up the motor to achieve the proper insulation resistance, replace the capacitor and re-hanging / refixing after repair complete all as specified and as directed.
