M & L for RCC type M-30 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Chajjas complete all as specified and as directed

S & F TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia but in stirrups.

All as per item No.03 above, but 6 to 8 mm dia bars.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) and disposing off complete all as specified

Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5sqm but not exceeding 4sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) and disposing off complete all as specified

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified

S&F Aluminium alloy wire cloth,0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples all as specified.

S&F 4.8 mm thick Sheet glass,ordinary quality pin headed type and glazing with Aluminium snap beading with rubber Neoprene packing in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers exc 1.5 sqm.
