Development and Renovation of the Dargah Ziyarat Trimbly Shareef along with the Development of Lawn, Dargah, Protection Wall and Boundary Wall at Village Kanthol Tehsil Kotranka Dsitrict Rajouri. (Under Archaeology and Museums)

Providing Consultancy services for the structural and architectural design for construction of Ziarat at Trimbli Ziarat, Conducting Geotechnical investigation/Soil testing for determination of safe bearing capacity (where ever required), Preparation of detailed architectural, structural, plumbing, Sanitary, water supply, drainage, electrical and fire fighting system designs and drawings as per Latest Indian standard codes, Works Associated with preservation, restoration, re-manufacture servicing and repair of heritage monuments such as temples, mosques and ancient buildings and other structures of historical, cultural and architectural signifance shall be comprehensively planned and designed to cater present anf future requirements, including any envisaged expansions or ancillary components. Any modification or refinements required in the approved concept design during the course of execution shall be carried out by the consultant without any additional fee or financial implication to the department. Preparation of contour/ site plan, Layout plan, Master plan, grading, cross sections, Bar bending Schedules for all Reinforced concrete members, 3D views/ renderings, obtaining vetting/approval of structural and architectural drawings from the competent authority (IIT/NIT/Design Directorate/ DIQC as applicable), Preparation of detailed estimates, BOQ for tender documents, incorporating all observations/modifications as required by the Department or approving authority and submission of all reports, calculations drawings and editable soft and hard copies. The contractor shall supply 5(five) sets of hard copy and 1 (one) set of soft copy of each drawings. 3 (three) sets of drawings shall be supplied in A1 size and 2(two) sets in A3 size, Complete in all respects for tendering and execution of the work. All Drawing shall be prepared on CAD.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead : Of area of 3 sqm. and below

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5M in width as well as 10Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5M including dumping of excavated earth at suitable site and filling of the same in plinth all as per directions of the EIC. and re-filling / disposal of surplus earth upto all leads.

Providing and laying Stone solling /boulders Hand packed including compacting, watering including all carriages of material complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level (1:4:8) (1Cement: 4 fine sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement all work up to all levels(.1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Crushed. (All Works up to Plinth level)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1Cement: 2 fine sand: 4 grade stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)
