Cleaning of blockage of Indian/ European type water closet by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by opening the inspection eye by using cleaning rod etc till clear flow of water is observed and finally cleaning the water closet by flush of water complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cleaning of blockage of floor/ nahani/ waste pipe of wash hand basin/sink/bath rooms/kitchen by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by cleaning rod till clear flow of water is observed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cleaning of sewage line (drain pipe) from manhole or from cleaning eyes or from inspection chamber towards septic tank/ soak well by roding, watering and removing the solid/liquid sludge and foreign materials completely from inside pipe and depositing in a excavated pit to a distance execeding 50m where directed including necessary returing filling and removing of surplus soil if any after depositing sludge for 100 mm bore of pipe and below sprinkling, blenching powder around and surrounding areas of the deposting areas complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per item No 3 above but for 150 mm bore of pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cleaning of septic tnks/ manholes, soak well etc by de-watering and settling out liquid sludge or any foreign materials from inside and removing to a distance exc. 100 mtr and depositing in a excavated pits to a distance exc. 100 mtr where directed including necessary returning filling and removing of surplus soil/sludge if any after depositing sludge and sprinkling of bleaching powder@2kg/Sqm all around of pit/pits complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per item No 5 above but dense sludge etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains (Internal dia of pipe 100mm bore), making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per item No 7 above but (Internal dia of pipe 150mm bore) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of brick work or rubbled stone masonry including all quoins, arches , pillars etc built in cement mortar including disposing off the retrieved debris outside the premises, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for old size Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in, built in Cement morter (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for plain cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete specifically provided for manhole cover slabs etccomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for precast Reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggrgates ) set in CM (1:4) as in landing, cover slab (for manholes, chulla hoods, chajjas, water trough, mangers, shelves and similar article with plain faces including form work and including demolition of reinforced cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in copings, roof kerbs, staging of water tank, etc, including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description & in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for, including disposing off the retrieved debris outside the premises, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends (any radius), with and including rubber ring joints, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends (any radius), with and including rubber ring joints, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair for 150 mm bore SGSW pipe, grade 'A', laid in trenches including jointing with cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair for 100 mm bore SGSW pipe, grade 'A', laid in trenches including jointing with cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation, laying of cable, pipe etc and n.exc 10Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth for manhole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates for 150 mm bore pipes as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates for 100 mm bore pipes as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair 50mm bore Low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 kg/ cm2 laid in trenches , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site outside the premises, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces finsihed even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with water proofing compound , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.
