The pole should have provision of earthing connection with 50mm x 50mm x 6 mm MS flat welded to the pole

Supply and installation of polycarbonate weather proof junction boxes for outdoor installation having dimension of 155mm x 210mm x 92mm with IP67 and IK09,alongwith knockouts for cable entry and suitable terminal blocks mounted in DIN rail for termination of 3.5C x 16 sq.mm Al cable size. The junction box will be supplied with minimum 2nos PVC glands with locknut threads in each junction box. The junction box shall be weather proof,protected against rainwater, temperature resistant, impact resistant,flame retardant.The junction boxes shall be equipped with top canopy.Cable entry will be from bottom only.Junction box colour: Black. Supply & laying of 6 SWG GI earth wire having the following specification: The mild steel wire of Grade– 4 hard quality shall be as per IS - 1387 / 1967 , drawn from wire rods having chemical composition as per IS - 7887 / 1975 . The tensile strength shall be 550 - 900 MPA ( 56.1 - 91.8 Kgf / mm2) as per IS - 1521 / 1972. The smaller wire shall be as per IS - 1755 / 1981 & 280 /1978. The galvanisation shall be as per IS - 4826 / 1979 with latest amendments

Supply and installation of 50mm NB GI pipe with rerquired bending to use in cable riser to street lighting poles and road crossing for laying of cables. All the civil jobs will be inclusive in the item.Pipe holes will be sealed properly with putty after completion of the job.Execution will be as per the approved drawing , specification and direction of Engineer -In -Charge.

Supply and installation of MS clamps required for fastening of lighting JBs to the lighting pole.Two nos of clamps will be used for fixing the JBs in each light pole
