Description:- Installation of OFC joint enclosure and splicing & testing of 48 fiber OFC cable as per technical specification TS-4.

Description:- Digging of 1.20 Meter deep and 0.3 Meter wide trenches including clearing of roots of trees and bushes and temporary obstruction on the selected route, as per technical specifications and cable route plan. Note: In case where digging of trench up to 1.20 Meter depth and 0.3 meter wide is not possible or bigger size trench is required to lay more cables or loose soil/ muck is encountered, the depth can be reduced / increased as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the works, the payment will be decreased/increased proportionate to the depth & width of excavation compared to 1.20 Meter deep and 0.3 Meter wide. Description:- Excavation of trench to a depth of 1 Mtr. for track crossing of cables, laying of HDPE/DWC/ RCC pipes with collar/coupling, refilling of trench by ramming and consolidating it as per the instructions of Railway representative at site. During excavation of trench it has to be ensured that the excavated soil does not mix with the ballast available. The depth of 1m trench shall be from the bottom of sleepers for track crossings as per TS-6.

Description:- All works of excavation of cable trench 1.0 Meter deep, 0.3 Meter wide on pucca platform/on Road for road crossing and restoration of the platform/Road surface to original condition with contractor's material, after laying of GI/DWC pipes and then re-fill as per TS-7.

Description:- Transportation of HDD machine with accessories including handling of stores materials, supply of HDPE/DWC pipe of adequate dia. sizes as per instruction of Engineer in charge, preparation of site, entry, and exit pit(1mX1mX1m) and boring of size 110 mm dia. for placing of HDPE Silicore duct/DWC of adequate dia. size as per instruction of site engineer for 6 Quad cable/OFC cable /other cables for crossing Track/Pucca Road /Congested area. Boring trench shall be minimum 3(three) meter below the river bed/Track and 1(one) meter below the Road/Pucca roadcrossing area including supply of accessories for pulling HDPE pipe. All other petty materials with earth work, jointing of the duct is to be done by Contractor as per TS-8.

Description:- Laying of HDPE/DWC pipe of various sizes - as advised by Engineer-in-charge and as per TS-9.

Description:- Blowing of OFC through HDPE pipe for 48 Fiber OFC cable as per TS-10

Description:- Back filling and consolidating of cable trench first for 5 CM (in case where bricks are to laid over cables) after laying of cables and then complete back filling & Ramming of loose soil as per the technical specifications TS-11.

Description:- Supply of galvanized trunking with cover of same material as per DRG No. RDSO/TCDO/COP-12 or latest and fixing on girder bridges including supply of channel angle iron bracket unit, nuts and bolts of proper sizes and filling of support at an interval of one meter including laying of cable inside the trough and filling with bitumen compound as per TS-12.

Description:- Taking the all types of cables inside station relay rooms/ABS Huts, location boxes and junction boxes etc. and sealing of cable entry pit etc. as per Technical specifications, complete with contractors' material as per TS-13.

Description:- Supply , transportation at site& erection of concreting base RCC cable route marker as per technical specification as per TS-14.

Description:- Loading and transportation of S&T cable from the stores and unloading at the site of laying as per TS-18.

Description:- Supply, transportation and installation of RCC joint chamber with two piece top cover and bottom cover with holes for drainage and cable entry, as per TS. This includes trenching for jointing pit, back filling and ramming of the pit after placing the joint closure and cable loop in the chamber without causing any damage to the same and consolidation of soil as well as disposal of excess oil as per TS-20.
