Supply and laying of following sizes of G.I. Pipes (medium) in required length fixed on steel, concrete or similar structure, laid in trenches, ready to be buried in concrete including cutting, threading, bending and similar works, supply of clamps, small iron structures, spacers and installation of seats, plugs, bushings etc., small civil works, including all labour and materials, as per approved drawings, specifications of this tender and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
EARTH ELECTRODES
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI earth electrodes, complete with earth pit as per std. 7-51-0102 and all necessary materials including excavation of earth pit, filling with charcoal and salt, back filling, providing necessary brickwork, connections, including all labour and materials, as per approved drawings, specifications of this tender and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Scaffolding System
Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to & inclusive of 20 m height, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Manufacturing and Supplying of POT & POT-PTFE bearings as per RDSO drawing no. RDSO/B-11755/6R1 for 30m Composite Girder at site including fitting and fixing in position true to line and level with all contractor's materials, labour, tools and plants, loading unloading and stacking at site as per specification and as directed by engineer in charge as a complete job. The drawing upto last alteration /revision/amendment shall be followed. Cast steel of grade 280 - 520 W or 340 - 570 W of IS 1030 shall be used. Each set of bearings shall include 8 nos. of bearings (2 POT bearings and 6 POT - PTFE bearings) and all bolts and all other components connected with bearings as shown in respective drawings. The supply of POT & POT-PTFE bearings shall include all materials shown in the drawings. The supply also includes supply of all holding down bolts to fix the bearings at the bottom on pedestal and all bolts to fix the bearings to the bottom of girder. Evacuation of water by pumping from existing low lying area/pond as applicable including providing shoring, strutting , temporary bund if required, disposal of water to the designated channel/area etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The leads for the above mentioned operations shall be within the boundary limit of the plant).
ROADS & FLEXIBLE PAVEMENT (UPTO WBM/WMM LAYER)
Earthwork in filling for all heights and depths for any lead within the complex boundary limit for road embankments, shoulders or any other place as directed to proper levels, slopes, grades and camber with available excavated soil deposited earlier anywhere within the complex boundary limit including consolidating the exposed natural soil to 95% of max. laboratory dry density as per IS:2720 Part-VIII, reexcavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, including clearing and stripping as per specifications, uprooting of vegetation, roots and disposal of the shrubs, bushes, roots etc., breaking clods, spreading in layers not exceeding 20 cm loose thickness, watering, ramming and compacting with power roller to give at least 95% of max. laboratory dry density as per IS:2720 Part-VIII including providing testing apparatus and testing the degree of consolidation, dressing and leveling, etc. complete (the lead for the above mentioned operations shall be within the boundary limit of plant) including disposal of unserviceable material to demarcated areas anywhere inside plant boundary limit as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Laying stone aggregate including breaking stone/boulders (available free of cost anywhere within the complex limit), to graded aggregate of 90mm down to 45mm size, transportation to site, including handling, all leads and lifts within complex limit, unloading at road side, if required, and laying WBM sub-base layer, spreading and laying to form water bound macadam in one layer of 100mm compacted thickness to proper grade, camber and level, filling voids with screenings and binding material of plasticity index upto 6%, including cost of supply of screening and binding material, consolidating with power road roller, watering etc., complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in -Charge.
Laying of stone aggregates, including breaking big stone/boulders (available free of cost anywhere within the complex limit) to graded aggregate of 63mm down to 45mm size, transportation to site, including handling all leads and lifts within complex limit, unloading by road side, if required and laying WBM layer, spreading and laying to form water bound macadam in one layer of 75mm compacted thickness to proper grade, camber and level, filling voids with screenings and binding material of plasticity index upto 6%, including cost of supply of screening and binding material, consolidating with power driven road roller, watering etc., complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete with 20mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregates in flooring, pavements etc. including leaving pockets, if necessary, making recess/drains, laying in alternate panels, etc. for all depths including shuttering, tamping, curing, etc. as specified in any shape, thickness, position and finishing the top surface smooth etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
