Supply and fixing in repair seat / back(each measured separately) of chair CBA steel with or without arm of lst class hard wood (teak wood) duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and caned with plastic cane in Godrej pattern of best quality all as specified and as directed (FD-75 (M)).

Removing the worn out unserviceable plastic cane from the furniture items & in the existing holes at equal distance of 12.5mm from centre to centre and carry out recanning as per Godrej pattern, using white/ coloured, having 2.00mm minimum width and 0.4mm thick for chairs except chair varandhah for chair verandah 4mm width and 0.6mm thick half round, gola type weighing not less than 6 gms per running mtr including making provision of an additional strand, ie. total 3 strands, in place of two for the centre holes, when the total span of caning work exceeds 350mm all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following furniture items :- (FD-75 (M))

Replacing of 32 mm dia medium grade three way elbow first quality with ISI mark to suit GI charpoy cutting and making thread to suit for fixing new elbow, taking out old newar and re-weaving the same with retrieved cane all as specified and as directed. ( FD - 220(M)).

Removing unserviceable locking system and provided new locking system for Almira large/medium etc all as specified and as directed(FD- 67(M), 243 (M)).

Removing unserviceable handle and provided new handle superior quality suitable for Almira large/medium etc all as specified and as directed(FD- 67(M), 243 (M)).

Removing the old unserviceable/ damage top of table and providing new top of 18 mm pre-laminated particle board of best quality and 3 mm beading of Teak wood including polishing of beading for the following furniture.

Removing of old cloth and cushion from sofa and providing new cloth & cushion (cloth of market rate not less than Rs.150/- per mtr and cushion 100 mm thick SDF) including polishing of frame all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following

Removing old cloth and cushion along with damaged plywood from chair seminar and providing new cloth & cushion (cloth of market rate not less than Rs.150/- per mtr and cushion 150 mm thick SDF) including plywood of 12mm thick for seat (440 x 450mm) & Back (440 X 850mm) all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following

Removing the unserviceable/broken Ply top of sofa set five seater and providing new 12 mm thick (BWR) including necessary wooden bracing , 3mm thick (teak wooden) beading and tightening of the frame work for Sofa five seater all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (FD-258(M)

S&F table top for table office clerk/general/typist steel of 18mm thick pre laminated teak veneered particle board, with 4mm thick teak wood beading all side duly polished, fixing the top to the table top frame with screws from bottom complete fixed in repairs all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (FD-84(m)/FD-1004).

All as per item No. 10 above but for table office officer steel top of size 1370mmx760mm x18mm thick(FD- 84 (M) /FD 1003).

Removing the unserviceable/broken /damaged parts of hard beds and providing new one and re-assembling and tightening the frame work for the following furniture items :-

Long rails of hard bed made out of IInd class hard wood (FD-246).

Ply wood top 12 mm thick for hard bed of size 6'x3' commercial grade ISI marked (FD-246)..

Removing the unserviceable/damaged plywood covering of head board and foot board of hard beds and providing new one with 4mm thick OST plywood for the following furniture items :-

Hard bed (Head board) (FD-246).

Hard bed (Foot board) (FD-246).

Removing the unserviceable/damaged parts of table dressing ladies/gents with mirror and providing new and fixing in possition for the following furniture items :-

6mm thick commercial plywood ISI marked for back cover mirror for table dressing gents (FD-230).

6mm thick commercial plywood ISI marked for back cover mirror for table dressing ladies(FD-251/238).

Mirror 5mm thick for table dressing gents (FD-232).

Mirror 5mm thick for table dressing ladies (FD-251/238).

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces by rubbing down with sand paper, without any scratching or damaging the existing coat, clean thoroughly to remove all dust/oily spots etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint Olive green to all outside/exposed surfaces of the item (inside areas of almirahs/drawers etc totally closed are not to be painted. But open shelves exposed to view are to be painted) all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following furniture items:-

Almirah steel large with shelves (FD-67(M)/1031).

Almirah medium steel with shelves (FD-243/350)

Preparing old painted steel/wooden surfaces of any description width or girth of following furniture items and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (OG) on steel surfaces and one coat of synthetic enamel paint (black) on wooden surfaces, such as arms rest of chair etc all as specified and directed.

Removing the old unserviceable/ damage writing pad of Chair Writing Ply propylene and providing new writing pad of 18 mm pre-laminated particle board of best quality and sunmica beading all around the writing pad and painting the complete chair with two coats of synthetic enamel paint.
