Paving the Floor with best quality verified Tiles of size 600x600x8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed Stone M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with standard specification.

Plastering surfaces of RCC items such as slabs, beams, sunshades with cement mortar 1:3-10mm thick including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades staircase, steps, land slabs etc., as directed by departmental officers etc., complete

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix (One cement and five sand) to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc., as directed by departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

White Washing two coats using shell lime including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., Complete for 100sqm

Distembering two coats with best approved oil bound distember including and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior paint of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt etc., complete
