Tender for providing additional poles to raise the hight of HT line and re-erection of tilted poles in (E) Section Jagatsukh under ESD No.II, HPSEBL, Manali

Poles, HT cable, CABLE ACCESSIORIES, KITS & Conductor:-

Supply of Steel tubular pole & HT Cable ( will be supply by HPSEBL)

Supply of Steel tubular pole 10 Mtr. Long ( pole will be supply by HPSEBL)

Supply of RCC pipe (Muff) ISI marked suitable for different sizes of steel poles. 2000 mm in length and 25 mm thick with 250 mm internal dia duly fabricated by using un-galvanized MS wires of 12 SWG rings and 6 mm MS round in vertical direction conforming to ISI 458-1988 or latest version if any including cement concrete filling 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand: 6 aggrigate 20 mm nominal size)

Stay Sets:-

Supply of Stay Set Suitable for 11KV made of M.S. Round 1800mm in length, 18mm dia having threads up to 300mm on one end with one nut and one check nut to avoid slippage and eye of 40mm dia on other side and welded confirming to REC specification. Elbow made of MS channel iron 75x40x6mm, 250mm long and M.S. Round 18mm dia, vertical height 450mm, both ends bend after putting in two holes in channel iron taking the ends out 25mm minimum in length and welded with channel iron. One anchor of Angle Iron 65x65x6mm, 750mm in length with one hole of 20mm dia in the centre. The complete stay set shall be painted with superior quality black Japan paint.

EARTHING:-

Supply of Earthing set suitable for HT line made of GI pipe 40 mm dia (internal dia) wall thickness 3.25 mm medium quality pipe of standard make conforming to IS: specifications 2500 mm long with GI Socket closed at top pipe shall have holes of 12 mm dia every 150 mm apart throughout the length and staggered diameterically. Full clamps of MS Flat 40x3 mm fitted at top end of the pipe along with bolts and nuts size 50x12 mm and washers for fixing the clamp on the pipe. The bottom end of the pipe shall be tapered cut at 45 degree.

Supply of MS Channel 75x40x6 mm Cross Arm: Fabrication and supply of Cross arms suitable for 11 KV made of only TATA/SAIL/RASHTRIYA ISPAT M.S. Channel Iron 75x40x6 mm Cross Arm, suitable for fixing on both Steel and PCC Poles whatever is required single/double pole structure of 11KV line with holes at suitable places wherever required to adjust 5/8” dia nuts and bolts for supporting GO Switch / DO Fuse units. The weight of MS channel should be strictly 7.14 Kg per meter with a variation of +/-5%. The Cross Arm should be duly painted with two coat red oxide paint of superior quality:

2800 mm for G.O. Switch and D.O. Fuse Unit
