REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINE CLEANING OF UG/OVER HEAD RESEREVOIR IMPROVEMENT OF INSTALLATION, FILTER MEDIA, AND ALLIED WORKS AT NAA UNDER GE (N) TEZPUR.

Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth in soft / loose/Hard soil and getting out for removing / laying of pipe lines complete all as specified.

Returning and filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Dismantling and taking up or down unserviceable / old water pipe/tubing any type including all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes:-.

(a)100 mm dia/bore.

(b) 80 mm dia/bore.

(c) 50 mm dia

(d) 25 mm dia.

(e) 20 mm dia.

Refixing old GI/PP-R/CPVC pipe on Wall / Surface including old/New fittings such as bends, elbows, union, tees, reducers etc; at site after discaling/cleaning of pipe (Internaly/Externally ) all as specified & directed of the following sizes:-

(b) 25 mm dia.

(c) 20 mm dia.

Supply and Laying GI Pipe medium grade including all fittings such as bend, tee, elbow, union, reducer etc, laid in trenches/floor Complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes:-

(a) 100mm dia.

(b) 80mm dia.

(c) 50mm dia.

Supply and Fixing GI pipe medium grade inclduing all fittings such as bend, tee, elbow, union, reducer etc, fixed complete on wall / surface / floor including MS hooks / clamps of suitable size all as specified and directed of the following sizes :-

(a) 25 mm dia.

(b) 20 mm dia.

Supply and fixing / laying of CPVC pipe SDR 11 including plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings such as bend ,tee , elbow , union , reducer , tee reducer etc laid or fixing/clamping on floor /surface/air/wall/ complete all as specified and directed of following size

(a) 50 mm outer dia.

(b) 25 mm outer dia.

(c) 20 mm outer dia.

Material and labour for fixing CPVC ball valve ISI marked, conf to IS complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note: Union or long screw have to provided before fixing of ball valve if required.

Taking up old CI/DI water mains pipe line (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including buring out joints and recovering lead of the following sizes :-.

(a) 150mm dia.

Re-laying existing DI/CI pipe in trenches of 150 mm dia pipe with old/new fittings such as bends, elbows, union, tees, reducers etc; at site after discaling/cleaning of pipe (Internaly/Externally ) in existing trench or at new location including all pipe fixing arrengement all as specified & directed by Engineer -In-charge.

Re-laying existing DI/CI/PP-R pipe in trenches of 90/100/110 mm dia pipe with old/new fittings such as bends, elbows, union, tees, reducers etc; at site after discaling/cleaning of pipe (Internaly/Externally ) in existing trench or at new location including all pipe fixing arrengement all as specified & directed by Engineer -In-charge.

Supply, laying and jointing in trenches DI pipes with socketed ends with EPDA/SBA rubber gasket joints centrifugally cast, class K-7, in any length laid in trenches or on floor complete including dismantling and taking up old cracked CI pipes complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:- Note:- Necessary DI fittings as required and Excavation / earth work etc; shall be measured and paid seperately.

(a) 150mm dia.

M & L for Ductile Iron bends, tapers, Tee pieces, cross, collers, caps and plugs any type, radius & angle for pipes upto 150 mm bore all as per IS - 9523:2000 complete.

Labour for repairing of run lead joint for arresting water leakage in cast iron water mains / fittings and finishing including excavation /earth work complete all as directed for following sizes pipe :-

(a) 150mm dia.

Labour only for cutting of CI/DI pipe upto 150 mm dia carefully in position for repairs or inserting fittings such as bend, tee, socket pieces, collar etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, fixing, jointing of Cast iron (CI) sluice valve, ISI Marked, both ends flanged with pre drilled pressure rating PN-1.6, confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top with nut and bolts and rubber gasket for making joints complete including dismantling and removing/taking out old unserviceable all as specified and as directed of the following sizes:- .

Material & labour for horizontal boring under roads suitable upto 150mm pipes by manual method complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Rectifing defects on water supply, pumping/supply mains GI/CI/DI/PP-R alongwith fittings/valves of any sizes 15 mm to 200 mm complete removing, cleaning and refixing including replacement of the unserviceable parts and restoring water supply all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rate for any fittings and other items for rectifying defects shall be measured and paid under respective item of schedule. (ii) All tools required for carrying out the works and jointing of PP-R pipe shall be deemed to be including in the quoted rate. (iii) The above work shall be carried out on requirement basis on complaints received in the MES service centre.

Make: rays Cleantech/ Inus watertech/ satya enterprise. Seven stages are as:- (a) First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company ans scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c) Third strage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inohor-5/NB-10 a Govt Laboratory certified brannded halogen compound. (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tnk and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 . NOTE:-(i) Company will submit government laboratory test certificate of terbac-g5/inchor-5/nb-10, terbac-g65/ inoxii-60/nb-69, before cleaning, fix the sticker mentioning the date of cleaning & name of site and also provide certificate confirming the completion of sterilization of water tanks mentioning the name of station and date of cleaning. all the cleaning & sterilization staffs should be under accidental insurance coverage.) (ii) outlet pipe of oht should be plugged before cleaning the oht to avoid.entering scals and the same shell be reconnected after cleaning the oht and the quoted rate is deemed to include for the rovision . (iii) sterilization team will be comprised of at least 30% members who are minimum 03 monts certificate holder in water tanks sterilization. (iv) contractor will be responsible for rectification of complaints occurred during cleaning the tank ie. no water in tank/over flow due to broken of float valve/ blockage to be included in quoted rate. note:-the work shall be carried through specilized agency rays cleantech/ inus watertech/ satya enterprise.

Material and Labour for repairing of leakage / cleaning of CI/DI main distribution pipe line by cutting or opening at any location , with the help of machine / manually to repairing the leakage or blockage of main pipe line and reconnecting the pipe after repair complete all as specified and directed by engr -in-Charge. Note :- Fitting and jointing material such as lead /flanged /rubber joint and excavation returning filling etc will be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for preparation for painting of old painted surfaces of filtration plant ( Iron removal filter , Multi grade filter , oxidation chamber , Activated carbon filter and associate filtration pipe line up to pump motor, by scrubbing ,cleaning the outer surfaces ,removing dust , scaling, Carbon over the surfaces and applying the two coat of weatherproof paint of approved colour ( Approved by Engineer-In -charge) with spray machine including writing name of filter , direction of flow with colour code etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(For Pump house no - 7A ,8 , 9 , 10)
