Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying and spreading evenly a priming/ tack coat with bitumen cold emulsion @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bitumen cold emulsion @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for premix bituminus macadem consolidated thickness 75mm with 4 % binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen grade VG-30, roled and compacted to reqd gradient and camber complete with paving bitumin complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix (using Paving Bitumin Grade VG-30) rolled and compacted to required camber, gradient and super elevation with 8 to 12 tonne capacity mechanical power roller, mixed in hot mix plant and spread with mechanical paver of small width less than 2.50 m complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The maximum width of approach road is 2.50m. Hence suitable paver and suitable truck to be used for item No. 2&3

Preparation of New/Old Road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line, zebra crossing, stop lines etc., road marking of 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' white or golden yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter filler, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MOST specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for complete removal of existing suracfe finishes of external wall ( with mechanical means like grinding and washing with water jet) preparation of surface and apply one coat of alkali resistant exterior primer @ 0.9litre/10 Sqm to anti fungal paint over 1.5mm thick exterior grade wall care putty and allowed to dry over night before applying first coat of weather proof (premium acrylic emulsion paint alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint) ) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Before application of primer coat, the moisture of the wall surface shall be checked with a moisture meter .

M&L for application of first coat of weather proof paint (premium acrylic emulsion paint alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade ) ( Asian paint apex ultima protek or equivalent of Berger /Nerolac ) on primed wall surface using spray application or mechanical means, to get a smooth and tint free surface and allowed to dry for at least 8 hrs/ overnight to receive second coat of acrylic exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of second coat of weather proof paint (premium acrylic emulsion paint alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade ) ( Asian paint apex ultima protek or equivalent of Berger /Nerolac ) over first coat on wall surface using spray application or mechanical means, to get a smooth and tint free surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item No. 6 to 8: (i) The old surface shall prepared using mechanical ways I.e., jet-spray, grinding etc., in such a manner that there should not be any impression of dent, all cracks to be filled with crack filler, water proofing primer in shaft/dampness areas and it should be made even all as per manufacturers instruction before application of putty base primer/base coat and emulsion paint. (ii). The work shall be got executed through authorised applicator of approved manufacturer. Authorisation letter of applicator shall be produced by the contractor before starting the work (iii) The contractor shall submit performance Guarantee certificate provided by manufacturer for a period of FIVE years from the certified date of completion of entire work. (iv) After preparation of surface exterior putty to be applied to make surface even to receive base coat and two coat of emulsion paint, the same shall be got approved by GE before each stage.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 2nd class hard wood weather boarding, clean sawn, plain, 15mm to 20mm thick or feather edged 20mm and fixed with 30mm laps

M&L for preparation of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets/grid complete all as specified

S/F 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with stainless steel screws complete all as specified

M & L for three coats of white wash on new ceiling surfaces and including preparation complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling structural steel work including of old main mast, doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 316) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where eve required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.
