Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level and removal all rubbish material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description, on brick or stone/PCC block walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water, etc. &and removal all rubbish material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder/PCC solid block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal all rubbish material complete all as specified directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) with fittings/fixtures and hardware's and removing from site complete all as specified directed.

M & L for Cutting chases in brick/concrete block or slab wall, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete 1:5:8 using 20mm crushed stone aggregate solid block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete 1:5:8 using 20mm crushed stone aggregate solid block, building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joint) and setting in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in slope in 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 2 mtr in length. Exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including raking out joints between panel to panel and panel to wall and plugging the same with bitumen mastic using bitumen and sand mixture in 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling coarse of floors, surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies deck slabs, and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of the BOQ.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shapes required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work/PCC block work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick/PCC block masonry or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC 3% by wt of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in sunken floors complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plastering 5mm thick on concrete surface of ceiling in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over and including a coat of 3.00 mm thick white wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper over and including a coat of 3.00 mm thick white wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20-25mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab flooring laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 20 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4, for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20-25mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab as in riser, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement rendering and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone/PCC block masonry surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonry surfaces of walls to recive kota stone, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, laid over cement screed bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone & including grinding and polishing and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 20 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes and including dismantling of old u/s granite stone complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 300x200x7 mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tiles as on vertical surfaces such as skirting or dado set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone/PCC block masonry surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonry surfaces of walls to recive wall tiles, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of granite stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, wash hand basin, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down door shutters of any description exc. 1 Sqm but n exc 2 Sqm each and refixing in the same opening after repair, cutting edges of bottom rail of shutter as required and make door functional with new hinges MS as per existing size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing as applicable to item 08095 given in SSR Part – II (2010).
