RATE CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ARTISTIC GAZEBO (GARDEN HUTS / RAIN SHELTERS) IN PARKS UNDER SOUTH DELHI MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lifts upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surface excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m .All kinds of soil. (i) For Foundation : 4x 0.6x0.6x0.6 =0.86 m3 (ii) For Side Wall : 4x2.4x0.25x 0.12=0.28 m3 Total Excavation: 0.86+ 0.28= 1.14 m3

Supply of 4 nos m.s pipe of 150mm od and 10ft height for column

Supply 4 nos of m.s plate of 6 mm thickness and 9"x9" size for closing pipe at one end of 150 mm od pipe

welding of MS plate of 6 mm thickness to one end of 150 mm pipe

Providing and laying 75mm thick compacted bed of dry brick aggregate of 40mm thick nominal size including spreading, well ramming, consolidating and grouting with jamuna sand including finishing smooth etc. complete as per direction of Engineer–in charge.

Provision and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding and cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level (a) 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chhajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for 5.9.3 Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Providing and fixing of roofing sheet having kavelu design of 1-3 mm thickness and 2.5 m x 1 m size made up of LLDPE in brown color. Rates shall be inclusive of 30% (approx) wastage incurred while cutting the sheet into desired shapes.

Art work over columns of 8’ height including architectural design, mouldings, arches, shapes (like trunk of a tree, bamboos, rock or any character or element representing culture or tradition) and applying proper texture and paint to the finished surface to enhance the aesthetics.

Providing Sculpture like Man / Woman, Animal, Musical instrument or any character or element representing culture or tradition made in RCC / GRC

Art work over Seats / Benches including architectural design, mouldings, arches, shapes (like trunk of a tree, bamboos, rock or any character or element representing culture or tradition) and applying proper texture and paint to the finished surface to enhance the aesthetics.

Art work over roof by making architectural design, mouldings, arches, shapes (like trunk of a tree, bamboos, rock or any character or element representing culture or tradition) and applying proper texture and paint to the finished surface to enhance the aesthetics.

Art work over columns of 10’ height including architectural design, mouldings, arches, shapes (like trunk of a tree, bamboos, rock or any character or element representing culture or tradition) and applying proper texture and paint to the finished surface to enhance the aesthetics.

Providing and fixing of roofing sheet of 5mm thickness and 8x4 made of Sand Fibre Reinforced Plastic (SFRP) in kavelu / Bamboo / Paddy grass design with natural look colour as per approved design.

Supply and fixing of Column made of Sand Fibre Reinforced Plastic (SFRP) with filling of nominal cement concrete material including architectural designs, mouldings, arches, shapes (like trunk of a tree, Bamboos, Rock pillar design, any element representing culture or tradition) and applying proper texture and painting coats to suit a particular aesthetic elements.

Supply and fixing of seats/benches made of Sand Fibre Reinforced Plastic (SFRP) for providing seating arrangement/benches by making architectural designs, mouldings, shapes (like trunk of a tree, Bamboos, Wooden phalli design, any element representing culture or tradition and applying proper texture and painting coats to suit a particular aesthetic elements)

Providing and fixing Roofing Sheet......of 8mm thickness and 8’x4’.

Providing & fixing of Name Board made of MS sheet 90X60cm. 1mm thick with frame of MS angle 50X50X6mm to diagonal braces at the back of the sheet of MS flat 40X6mm, total height of the board above ground level 2.40m, length of legs below ground 0.30m embedded in CC block 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) 30X30X15 cm. including excavation and removal of surplus earth within 50m. lead Applying priming coat of approved steel primer, painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and lettering with enamel paint of approved color (one side) as per drawing / direction of Engineer/Work-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required, in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing of Metro Sheet Pre painted galvanized HI-Rib Roofing/Cladding system comprising of profit sheeting having 1060mm cover width, length 3657.6 (12 foot) thickness 0.50mm. The sheet shall have minimum two/three small stiffing ribs in between pans, zinc coating mass total of (both side) as per IS:277, with coating of regualr modified polyester paint (RMP) system as per IS:12246. The color coating shall comprise of 15-20 micron finish coat over 5-7 micron primer coat on the exposed side and 5-7 micron over 5 micron primer on back side.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing & Laying of 100x100x60mm. Thick cement concrete paver (Red & Dark Grey) of Grade M-35 under green technology standard as per IS 15658:206. Manufactured by PLC based automated block/paver making machine having compression and vibration both in sequence using multi cavity precision steel mould and automated curing chamber with waterless curing. The mixing of concrete must be done using a batching plant with proper measured quantities of raw material including cement and mixed in automatic planetary mixer to give uniform mixing and quality of concrete as per design mix. Manufacture i two layers First the bottom layer must be filled. Top layer should be as per BIS standard. The finished paver requires a rough finish on the top surface & over a layer of coarse sand 30mm thick spreading of fine sand to fill up joints after of paver and compacted with plate vibrator etc. including all Taxes Complete as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying of Designer concrete paver in color Random Size Like (78mm x158mm x80mm), (158mm x 158mmx80mm) and (238mm x158mm x80mm). Thick cement concrete paver of Grade M-35 under green technology Standard as per IS 15658:2006. Manufactured by PCL based automated block/paver making machine having compression and vibration both in sequence using multi cavity precious steel mould and automated curing chamber with waterless curing. Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately). after Deduct for using of M-20 grade concrete instead of M-25 grade concrete in C.C. pavement.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Supply and Stacking of Red bajri

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.G.I. pipes

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

All kinds of soil

Container Based Office Block : Supply, designing, fabrication and installation of Office block using container of size (LxBxH) 20’0”x8’0” X 8’6” Structure shall be made in MS pipes of size 50 X 25 X 2mm (at 04 walls and false ceiling of the container) with provision of nut-bolts / fastners. The flooring shall be made using ceramic tiles of reputed brand having size 1' X 1'. Walls shall be made using MDF Board leak proof/water proof of 6mm thickness and having adequate provision for thermal insulation, door Wardrobe, PVC office curtain & 2 window for air ventilation. Door shall be made using GI Sheet on the outside and MDF Board on the inside having size 7'x3'. Addition to this, 1 PVC doors shall be provided in the Toilet of size 8'x5'. Toilet shall have 1 Nos Toilet pots (EWC) with all sanitary and CP fittings with tap, towel ring, paper holder including all plumbing works with GI/PVC in each unit and good quality mirror. The office block shall also have necessary arrangements of lighting such as Lights, 6 Nos. 6 watt conceal spot light, 2 Nos. 15 watt LED Tube Lights, 4 Power sockets 16 Amp., AC Power Socket 32 Amp., 1 Nos. , 3 Nos. Exhaust fans, 2 nos. small cealing fan and 2 Nos. water proof bulkhead wall spot light for outside. The container(s) should be placed in the balanced manner & should be properly grouted in the ground. All the metal parts shall be duly painted using good quality of paint.(As per direction of the officer-in charge)
