Excavation in hill side cutting as required at site in all type of soil and rocks met at site for making the road as per plan & L-section attched with reference to level pillar fixed at site including of removel and uprooting of the tree root if any and cutting of bushes and including supply of all materials, labor, T&P etc complete.

Making Super Elevation H/S Cutting in 50% width and 50%with by filling i/c consolidation,improvement regarding of longitudinal gradient grading of bumps and hooks,dressing the surface to required level and slop i/c supply of all material , labour, and T&P for proper completion of work.as per direction of Engineer- in -charge.

Providing, laying, spreading & compaction of stone aggregates of cu.m specific sizes to WBM specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with power roller 8-10 tonn in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming requisitet ype of screening / binding materials to fill up the intristices of coarse aggregates,watering & rolling making necessary earthenbund to protect edges lighting, guarding & barricatings, &maintenance of diversions etc.[Grading of no-1] (45-90 mm Size) (10.0 Cm compacted thickness)

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

20 mm thick Open Graded Premix Carpet using Bitumen (VG-10) (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat By Manual Means. sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B, as per Technical Specification Clause 510
